Lion Home Service - Fort Collins

Pretty disappointed. Lion was nearly 3x more expensive for a blower fan and condenser cleaning, but I went with them because they were recommended by my former servicing company, AirServ. Despite telling me the wrapped up the hose, they didn’t; the threw the hose over my fence, didn’t wrap it, didn’t even bother to disconnect their cleaning spray bottle or turn off my water at the spigot. Pretty frustrated that this was the service at such a higher price point. Won’t be using them again.

Our Technician was Ramiro, we can’t say enough about him. Called to say he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. Explained everything in detail as to what we needed serviced on our A/C. Did a complete cleaning of the unit. Asked if we had any questions. He is a very competent and kind young man. We have used Lion Home Services for several years now and have never been disappointed with anything they have done. We highly recommend them for any thing you need taken care of in your home. Made an appointment and was notified the day of that they didn’t have the staff to perform the call. Was obviously disappointed but was contacted later by Larry and he made it right by getting me on the schedule for the next day. The technician, Ramiro, showed up on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was able to find the issue and fix it while also providing helpful tips for maintaining my system. Overall, very happy with Lion and my choice to use them.

Beware. These guys charge premium cost but do not provide premium service. They will only be helpful if they are going to make big $$$. They’ve been here twice to get me a working thermostat and neither time has been successful. They rescheduled me twice to then not actually properly install my thermostat. The guy took the thermostat manual and box with him so I have no idea how to try and get it working properly. It will be another two days to get someone out to here to fix it. Such a joke.

Was very impressed with Lion Home Service. We had a full HVAC replacement. Nick and Tyler showed up early, immediately jumped into their work, and were completely focused on the job - to the point that my wife and I had to insist they take a break! They finished two hours sooner than expected, cleaned up everything (even small water drops in the basement), and were all around just cool guys. I cannot think of anything they could have done better.

We needed a quick turnaround plumbing job done. Andy was prompt, courteous and professional. Got the job done sooner the. We ever imagined. Great work! Would recommend to anyone needing prompt service.

Used Lion three times so far.

Twice for water heater replacements at two different homes. Every part of the process went smoothly, from quoting through permitting, installation, site cleanup, billing, etc. Pricing was competitive, and they communicated clearly and honestly. I can't think of a single complaint.

Based on this good experience, I am likely to use them again, this time for an HVAC replacement. Too early to leave feedback about that project, but I may update review here when it is complete.

My experience with Lion Home Services was exceptional from beginning to end. The responded quickly to my request for help, and were able to come the same week to troubleshoot my issue. The technician, Tyler, was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me what was going on with my system and how to maintain it. Will absolutely be referring them and using them for future needs.

Marie Wailes is my sister but I had the work done by Lion Home Services. They were able to get to my job quickly and saved me a lot of stress. The young man was very knowledgeable and finished the job in no time flat. Please call them if you want

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. My current plumbing company was going to be way too expensive. I happened to find Lion and their customer service was great. They got back to me promptly after an online chat to set up an appointment and the technician Matt did a great job. He explained all of my options quoted me a reasonable price and clearly attended to detail as he installed the new faucet. He was extremely friendly, and it was clear to me that he had lots of expertise. I’m very satisfied with the service I got, and will definitely be calling them again. Thanks.
