Lion Home Service - Fort Collins

I had an unexpected failure on a water heater right before the 4th of July. Lion was able to fit me into the schedule and resolve the situation in a timely manner, even coming out on the holiday to replace the water heater with a new one. The technician Michael was professional and friendly, and his install looks good. He also was accurate about when he would arrive and how long the work would take. I talked with several different members of the Lion service team throughout the process of this job and they all were courteous, communicative, and seemed invested in making sure the customer was happy. Very responsive and easy to work with company.

Michael was competent, professional, friendly, and did perfect work. Lion Home Services was quick with scheduling, provided a 2 hour window (not an 8-hr one), notified us when the tech was on the way, allowed us to track the technician and had easy payment. Just a great tech and company.

We have used numerous Lion techs and service lines. All have been worth the money.

They’re outrageously expensive! But Lion Home Service does call you back to make appointments, they call you 30-45 minutes before they arrive to give you a heads up, the employees show up on time, are nice, and do good work. Unfortunately they charge way too much, so I won’t be using them again. I am a senior single female, so I have to watch my expenses! If they charged reasonably, I would continue to use this company. 5 stars for their work, but 1 star since they over-charge, so I gave them 3 stars.

These guys are professional, fast, and they do why they say they will do. Service is great. However, be prepared to pay for that. Their costs on a project will be double most any other estimate you get. But if you are in a time crunch, and you need something taken care of quickly and professionally, Lion will show up and get it done. Sometimes it’s worth paying for that.

Very thorough in their general maintenance. This is the first time I have used them and will definitely be using them in the future.
While here, they found a part that wasn't installed correctly by the company that installed the furnace. The gentlemen fixed the issue and decided not to charge me for it since it was such a simple repair. This is what really impressed me about these guys and what sealed the deal for making them my go to HVAC company.

Tyler came out to look at why our thermostat had failed as well as give us a quote to have the water heater relocated. He was on time, very professional, very thorough in his troubleshooting and offered great recommendations/solutions. Very happy with his service!

Andy from Lion home services was very professional. He helped us install and repair the gas lines on our new home that we bought. The entire process was seamless from getting the coat to completing the job was less than a week. Prices will reasonable. The worker completes was a good quality. I'll be a repeated customer for line home services. Thank you Andy for helping me to find this awesome contractor.

This company does not do the job correctly the first time and makes broken promises.
We have been ghosted for almost a month and things are not yet resolved; they obviously don't guarantee their work.
The company name should be spelled L-Y-I-N because they are continually lying to us. Good luck getting stuff done once they get paid.
Update as of 02/02/23 they did come back to add more insulation. They also left a mess of insulation out front of our home (photo proof) which is stressful when you have 2 dogs that like to eat anything they find.
All in all, do not recommend them. 2-3 no call no shows, ghosting, rescheduling appointments multiple times, installed heater incorrectly then it takes 2 months to fix their insulation mistake and leave a mess. Disgusting company. -Severence

Lion Home Services is on the pricier side, but they're quality has consistently been great for any service you use through them. My compressor went out on my A/C and Ramiro came out to diagnose it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on ways I could maintenance my AC on my own to extend its life. Always happy with this service.

Charity was amazing! She made it out to our place within an hour of me making a call to Lion. She was very professional and helped my grandmother get her main line cleared on her toilet. They're diagnostic fee was reasonable and I would definitely hire them again! Charity belongs in the Hall of Fame for customer service
