Lion Home Service - Fort Collins

Ramiro was the tech that came out and worked on our furnace and A/C systems. He did a thorough job. He was professional and very friendly. I would definitely call Lion again if we weren’t moving out of state.

Every one who came out was good. I had an overall check and there was a problem so the plumber from lions came out…. Every time someone comes out they are wonderful! The guys that came out at two different times were wonderful- they were very friendly and they knew what they were doing. I will recommend lions to everyone I know when the opportunity arises

Tyler and Fabian did an amazing job installing a new water heater and furnace. They were professional, fast, and very courteous during the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Zac and his team mate installed my AC today June 13th. They were very punctual. Answered my questions and I was pleased with their work. I was able to ask questions and both gents helped me out. Again, thank you.

Andy installed my kitchen sink and faucets. He was very attentive, professional and worked very quickly. I had uninstalled my old sink and garbage disposal ( which I no longer cared to have because I don't believe in their use- I compost my unused vegetables pieces and occasional egg shells and dispose of everything else in my trash and recycle products as necessary) including all of the old underside tubing. I was very impressed with his kindness plus he was very informative and gave me suggestions on future projects. I look forward to working with him on my next plumbing ventures. Thank you very much for being so attentive and kind.

Incredible next day availability to replace a leaking system, saving us from worrying over a holiday weekend. Technician was prompt and professional, took his time to understand the situation and address all our questions, and really just made us feel confident the problem was solved.

Overall, my experience and service was pretty good. They did schedule my install and never told me what day or time, which was a tad frustrating, but it all worked out.

Every single person on this project was very professional, on time, empathetic and hardworking. This review is specifically for the excavation and sewage and water piping installation team.
Under the leadership of Matt Moore the team performed in an outstanding manner. I'm very pleased with their attitude, attention, empathy, professionalism and technical expertise. And yes always on time! A big thank you Matt! Your leadership and hardworking skills carried your team through this project and I'm very thankful. You all worked very hard during the excavation and filling as it was considerably hot outdoors. Now sure if it was worse in the crawl space with all of the mitigation equipment ( I think it was as the house felt warm).

I want to also express my remarks to the furnace iinstalation team and to the project manager Gabe who promised me a new furnace fo the following day after our introduction. They actually delivered my new furnace the day after my intake!!! Both techs were on time and installed it quickly ( they also contacted the gentleman in charge of taking away the old pieces away). Overall a project ( several if them) that was in synchronicity with effort, professionalism, technical advice and expectations.

Update to Service on 1/7/23: Have revised my 3 star review to 4 stars following $85 refund by Lion Home Services for the cost of a unneeded technician service call. Really appreciated the call from Karen at LionHS to address the issue and the refund was unsolicited which, to me, demonstrates a positive, customer focused business practice which is always appreciated. We agreed that a 4-star rating would be appropriate since, in my opinion, a 5-star rating would be warranted had the issue never occurred in the first place. Karen agreed. I'll use Lion Home Services again if the need arises.

Original Review: Hired Lion to clean out dryer vent to stop dryer shutting off while in cycle. Problem persisted so had appliance tech check the dryer which was functional and subsequent testing of exhaust showed an obstruction remained, probably at where the vent exhausts to outside. Return visit by Lion found and cleared the obstruction at the exit point so now system is working. Glad to have the dryer functioning but disappointed it took Lion two visits plus the cost of the appliance tech to make it happen, plus hassle of an extra visit to the laundromat. The guys from Lion were professional and friendly, and I appreciated Fabian, on the second visit, being extra thorough. The situation was completely avoidable though had the initial cleaning included a review of the vent exhaust to exterior. I’d give Lion a second try if need arises as they were very attentive to my request for second service call.

We had an a pipe burst & Michael showed up within 30 minutes of calling. It was very timely and quality service. I will likely use them again if a situation arises.

I called lion home service for a leak. The plumber showed up on time and was vary respectful. If it wasn't for Taylor longwell I wouldn't of know a lot of this stuff about my home to keep it safe. I am vary thankful for Taylor and lion home service. Thanks k you guys for the amazing work
