Lion Home Service - Fort Collins

I previously worked for Lion/Ben Franklin and I thought I was working towards getting my plumbing license. Everything I did there was install or some maintenance on water heaters and other fixtures. None of the so called hours I worked there were credible for earning my Journeyman license. By definition from DORA service work would be considered being able to use draino or something very simple a client would be able to do. If you're planning on getting licensed DO NOT WORK for this company. I reached out for them to fix it and they would not. My grandmother's also used them and of course they over charged her for something simple.

This company cares for their customers. They just don't tell you to make their money, rather they educate you what is really happening to your suptic problem. I was glad to meet Andy and I was impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and the service he provided us. I have done my homework with this industry, talked to a few providers but this company comes on the top of my list. I recommend them 100%.

Our furnace went out in January when the temperature was below zero. After calling our old furnace company, (they could be over in two days) another company whose tech was skiing, I called Lion.
Lion sent over a tech (the nicest young man, Ramiro) that got our furnace going that night, ordered the part and repaired our furnace the next day.
Today our 12 year old furnace finally died again. After weighing the options, (another very nice young man) Garret patiently explained, we opted for a new furnace.
Very impressed with the Lion techs.They can replace our furnace today without our spending the night in a hotel.

Our plumber, Taylor Longwell, did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, clean and thorough. Will definitely ask for him for any future issues.

One of our water pipes broke during the recent extremely cold temperatures. Taylor came out and did a great job fixing it. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We are very grateful to him and Lions Service for getting water service back in our home. We have used Lions for a couple of services in the last year or two, and have been very satisfied with their responsiveness, that they come when they say they’ll come and they get the job done and done well.
