The team walked through the details on what would happen and made sure my flooring was covered before moving out the old water tank. Chappy was very honest with his assessment of the water heater and what he found during a previous inspection but never pushed the sales which is how it should be. The entire team was extremely professional and efficient getting me up and running quickly. I have already recommended Tipping Hat to several people and will continue to do so.

Zack showed up on time, placed shoe coverings on prior to entering house, and was professional throughout his service. In addition, Kodiak also came to camera the line after the sewer cleaning. They explained their performance on the line, recommended maintenance procedures for the future, and cleaned up after themselves to ensure the area looks as it did before the work. All was done in about an hour. We would definitely use their services again.

They came out and did an offered $49 AC Tune-Up. The technician was very nice, explained all he was doing, and answered my questions. I was just disappointed because I assumed the Tune-Up would include anything (other than a major repair) to get it up and running good for the season. He was basically only able to check things and then tell me I needed to get it cleaned. I wish the company would have been more transparent about what the Tune-Up included before I booked it.

My parents got a fuse box replacement. This required everything in our 40+ year house to be brought up to code. Chris and Will did a fantastic job and was very thorough in making sure that everything on the work order was done well. They both went above and beyond making sure that all of our electrical outlets were working properly. They answered questions/concerns and made my parents feel confident in the work that was done.

Ricky was a consummate professional. Knowledgeable, thorough, took his time to explain his work and then do it. Especially careful with cleanup. Wonderful demeanor as well. We’re really grateful for his excellent service and would happily recommend him without reservation. Thanks, Ricky!

Landon was awesome and made the whole process of buying a furnace and AC so easy. He explained everything along the way and answered all the questions we had. Ben explained all the electrical work to us and did a wonderful job going the extra mile and really caring about doing a great job. Romeo made sure that we understood what was happening, left the place cleaner than he found it and even touched up paint to make sure we would be happy. John did an incredible job with the furnace and AC, and we couldn’t be happier with the efficiency of the system. I’m sure his hard work will pay off dividends for years to come. The salesman/estimator Kodiak was great to work with. He was very professional and informative, answered all our questions, did his due diligence in following up, but we chose to work with another company and TH couldn’t match the discounts we received.
