My elderly neighbor used this company for a last minute furnace repair, just before a cold front came through. I was there in case she had any questions. Chappy came out at 5 pm and gave her a rundown and on what he could do. He gave her 3 different quotes for different levels of work he and his company could do. He did not push for the most expensive work, but did a professional job about explaining why it might be necessary. In the end he left it up to the customer completely. Since it was evening and getting late, the repair/replacement work could not be done that evening, so Chappy stayed later, went and got some nice space heaters and placed them in the most appropriate locations in the house. Chappy could not stress enough, to my neighbor, about how he is not going to let her be cold that night, nor is he going to leave her without some form of repair or replacement. There was a frustrating moment when Chappy could have thrown his hands up in the air and had the customer find someone else. However, he remained professional, calm, and courteous. Even though this was not work being done at my house, I will definitely contact Tipping Hat first, for a quote or repair. My hats off (no pun intended) to Chappy on making a frustrating situation, better.

Mitchell was so incredible! He was kind and helpful and explained everything in detail so I felt like I really understood what he was doing. I will absolutely use Tipping Hat and Mitchell again, and as a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients as well. Thanks for the great service!

Chris O came to the rescue when our furnace went out and he was great; kind, personable, professional and efficient - couldn’t ask for better service. I even mentioned to him that we were also having some weird issues with our internet and microwave, and that all of this started with the recent lightning storm so I wasn’t sure if it could somehow all be related..well he was so nice and offered to take a look at those things, and was able to help fix them too! Quick response, appointment same day. Good communication about technician's schedule and arrival. Customer service was efficient and polite, as was the technician. The tech explained what and why as he worked, was thorough, had to leave to get part, then finished repair successfully. Not inexpensive, but good quality and professional.

I had an excellent experience with Tipping Hat from initial contact, through Dispatch (Erica has personality and it shows!), to contact from Sales (Kodiak, you rock) to the crew showing up (Floyd and Bert first) and completing the box fabrication and installation and wiring (Kyle - awesome job moving the electrical service to make it easier to access). This company won this business and if you have a reasonable budget you will be pleased as punch. They nailed the timeline and I'm so happy I chose them for our family HVAC need!!! I do recommend a PCI compliant payment process. If you're the business owner I can help you make that happen!

Jason arrived on time, reviewed the installation with me, and began immediately. He also gave me a cost estimate at that time. He worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done in the time frame expected. Then he checked his work for leaks and to make sure that both faucets and the new disposal were working properly. All in all, an excellent job delivered in a professional, but very friendly manner.

I was able to schedule and get someone out to do the work within 24 hours. Our plumber was very professional, friendly and informative. He explained each step of the process and what the repair would require. He was a pleasure to work with!

I had Tipping Hat install a utility sink in my garage, which was no small feat given there were no rough ins for plumbing. From the estimate process to the actual work getting done, the whole team was amazing.

I worked with Amber as my project manager. She was amazing! Super professional, kind, understanding of my needs and very knowledgable. I was replacing my waterheater, which required an upgrade/update to my panel. She was able to review with the electrician and we ended up adding a sub panel. We were able to bundle and I added A/C as well. Amber coordinated and arranged to have everything done on the same day. Everything was coordinated and went incredibly smooth.
Emilio and Rony installed my AC, they were professional, very considerate of my home, and very helpful, ensuring that everything was running smoothly before they left. Jordan installed the water heater, he got everything done quickly and efficiently and answered my questions. Kyle did the sub-panel, he was fabulous!! He worked with me to make sure the placement was as unobtrusive as possible, and it turned out better than I expected. Overall, I had a great experience. I knew if I had any issues or questions I simply had to reach out to Amber. The fact everything was done in one day was just the cherry on top.

Andre was on time, very friendly, and got down to business immediately. He diagnosed the problem (a new hot water heater was needed) and then went about giving us options with different price ranges and quality. We picked the one that suited our needs, and he proceeded to dismantle our old one, and installed our new one within a few hours. He explained everything about the system that we needed to know. He removed the old tank and cleaned up thoroughly all around the area. Could not possibly be more pleased with the quality of service that we received. Highly recommend.!
