Zach was very knowledgeable and professional. I was given all the options and prices upfront to make decisions. He also explained every service and why he performed it. I would highly recommend this service.

I called early morning to have my water heater repaired because I couldn’t get it to relight. There was an opening at 4 in the afternoon but I had a funeral to go to. Chris in the office worked some magic and was able to find a technician to come earlier. Kenny showed up and was very professional and replaced the entire water heater with enough time for us to make it on time. Thank you to everyone who assisted in helping us.

Jacob my technician is a very knowledgeable electrician who took time diagnosing my issue then he explained my options clearly. He was able to complete the project immediately. The scheduling was very efficient, texting updates. Generally respected my time. I’d hire Jacob and Tipping Hat again without hesitation. Nice people and good work.

They canceled our initial apt for a furnace tune up. We rescheduled. Then they canceled our follow up apt and referred us to someone else. They never said why they wouldn’t come out to our house. I wouldn’t use them. Absolutely ridiculous and awful customer service.

My water heater went out this morning. They had a Tech come out to take a look at it. Kenny saw the same thing that I did. He saw what needed to be done and after getting supplies went right to work. He did a excellent job. Very responsive and informative. He had the new water heater up and running in a couple hours. The job he did was very professional. Great work. Thank you for getting this done.

I would recommend everything about Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. The communication with for scheduling was prompt and they were able to get the appointment on the date and time that I needed it the most. Andrei arrived promptly, and he was able to diagnose and repair all of the known leaks and one that I was unaware of. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and just overall good to talk to. He clearly explained the costs and what work needed to be done. Highly recommended!

Seth and Zach were on time, friendly and took plenty of time to analyze the problem. They were thorough in explaining what they could do as well as what they would not do. Once started they worked for 2&1/2 hours. They kept us posted along the way; they did a very complete cleanup. They discussed our options for further preventative work but without pressure to do anything right away. The price was high but we are glad the procedure worked. We would do business with Tipping Hat again.

Installation of Heat pump, air purifier, humidifier. Excellent workmanship , professional behavior, high quality work and transparency in work being done. Very responsive to my questions and polite customer service. Respectful of my time and my property and cleaned up very nicely after the work was done. Highly recommends the company and their individual artisans and sales folk.
