Lady first- Elizabeth was such a pleasure to work with! She followed up with me and provided me with any and all information I need. She went above and beyond by contacting my mold remediation specialist and ensured precise coordination between Tipping Hat and the remediation. She is easy and very pleasant to do business with, but you know she takes her job seriously and is a true professional.

Zach and Austin worked hard, kept me informed and were respectful.

Brian M - how fortunate we are that he is the lead for this big project! Since my husband became ill, I had to manage this project. Having no experience myself, I told Brian that I have to trust him and he said that I can. I quickly recognized that trusting him to do the best job possible was the easiest thing to do.

I used them to replace some plumbing and install a new water heater and humidifier a year or so ago ($2000). Called this week to schedule HVAC service, and I was told that they were booking higher volume repeat customers as their priority. (?!) My first experience was great. The second, not great.

Our 18+ year old hot water heater died yesterday morning. I have used Tipping Hat before, so I gave them a call. Ricky came out later that day, immediately saw what was needed, along with some modifications to our water line. He gave me a quote, returned the next day, did an absolutely amazing job, with the final invoice being exactly what he quoted me. My family loves the new hot water heater. Ricky and Tipping Hat richly deserve the highest possible review for their quick, professional service.

Amber is one of the best I've ever met representing her company. She provided highly professional resposnes to all my questions, gave me insight that was very helpful aboiut the installation and use of my HVAC system. Tipping Hat offered very competitive pricing and assurances of quality installation and followup service.. It was with some regret that I chose another supplier for my needs. Oddly, though I did choose someone else, I would highly recommend that you seriously consider Tipping Hat .... the numbers could very well be in their favor for you..

They did a full furnace/AC install and swamp cooler removal. In one day. And had to custom fit the furnace to my 1930s house. It was amazing. Lovely professional team, pleasant to have around, committed to quality and service. Unequivocal recommendation. Alden, Ben and Corey did a great job on the install and Brian managed our project expertly (and is a rebate master!).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We're currently in legal proceedings with them when they came out to do a "routine maintenance" on our boiler (that they suggested while giving us a quote for an AC replacement) and then broke our fully functioning boiler and then requested additional funds to fix it (which we paid and they DIDN'T fix it!). The person that performed the service is also no longer with the company but they refuse to give us our money back and their only additional resolution was to purchase an entirely new boiler from them for over $20K!!! SCAM ARTISTS! There are plenty of other reviews here and elsewhere that confirm what I'm saying and I only wish I had done more research before even agreeing to a routine maintenance with them. We luckily had 2 other trustworthy and reputable companies come out and they fixed the problem. We're out the money that Tipping Hat scammed us for and the money we had to pay the other company to actually fix the boiler that Tipping Hat broke and our legal fees. Don't make the mistake that we did!!!

Jacob came out to replace and fix multiple things around the house. He was professional and nice and made the whole experience quick and easy. If people are looking for a good company I would highly recommend this one

I've used Tipping Hat for yearly maintenance on my water heater twice now and have been very pleased with their service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job explaining their work. (They're also just good, nice people!) I'll absolutely continue using them for my water heater and plumbing needs.

Josh and the team at Tipping Hat were amazing! Our toilet broke while we were out of town, they were quick to come in, did a video call to talk us through the damage & options. And, for the work that was outside their scope, they recommended another incredible local team. I would highly recommend!

We hired Tipping Hat to remove a 100 year old asbestos wrapped boiler and install a new high-efficiency boiler with a side arm hot water heater. Communication with everyone was great. They were all very responsive and lived up to every promise they made. Floyd and his crew showed up on the first morning and they were all true professionals. They made the demolition of the giant cast iron boiler look easy and they were quickly at work with the installation of the new system. The arsenal of tools and equipment they had for the job was impressive. Juan, Remington, Noe and Joe worked along side Floyd like one giant well oiled machine. They all kept me informed throughout the job and consulted with me on every decision to be made along the way. Mitch also stopped in to make sure everything was going as planned and expectations were being met.
