Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric

When I called today they cancelled my appointment. I had called yesterday and scheduled a quote for a whole house rewire letting them know I would be at work and leave the key in the box.

When I spoke with them today to confirm my appointment, since I didn't recieve a email or text as promised. They informed me the receptionist was new and should have never booked it without me there.

Do not waste your time, they will overpromise and then fail to deliver and apologize for the inconvenience.

Should be 0/5 but that's not an option.
Ho do you expect people to take time off with no notice given.

Tipping Hat installed a new a/c and furnace in my crawlspace nearly 4 years ago, and although the price may have been a little higher than anticipated, the units themselves have operated flawlessly. Today they came out for a furnace check-up, arrived on time and finished the job posthaste and were out the door before I knew it. My experience with Tipping Hat has been nothing but high-quality and professional.

Every Tipping Hat employee we worked with was professional, courteous, & followed good cleanliness all through the job. No mess, no spare trash at the end. Work completed in a timely manner.

When the unit was initially installed, Tipping Hat was very professional, reasonably priced, and provided great service. We just had them come out for the yearly inspection and adjustment and the service professional Steven Jones was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Tipping Hat.

I’ve never had to call for outside help before but when an electrical problem came up that I was not able to solve I was very fortunate to be assisted by Jacob Bradford at Tipping Hat. He came the same day as we called and went the extra mile when it came to climbing around our hot attic to find the source of trouble for what we thought was just a simple electric outlet swap. We highly recommend Jacob and will use him again should the need arise.

This is the best company EVER! Very professional, and extremely knowledgeable team! My furnace went out Monday, they came out Tuesday and installed a brand new system on Wednesday whoop whoop! Floyd, Juan, Snead, Michael and Mitch are the dream team! One super happy customer!! Thank you guys for the awesome work and install.. they all made this a super easy enjoyable experience!

Josh was awesome. I will use tipping hat in the future because of my excellent experience today. Needed a garbage disposal replaced , Josh gave me options and prices and was outgoing. He described what he was going to do and the installation was clean. Also getting the appointment and texting with the office was super good. They kept in touch and were even able to come out same day.

Andrei was super professional and did quality work in a timely manner. He replaced water filter parts and fixed our bathtub faucet. Will definitely use him again!

I would never use this company they are Crooks! customer service: if you call to get something that has been warrantied, needs fixed or has any issue, management will not call you back. Run from this company, Tipping hat Plumbing and heating is not the choice to use for anything. Once they get your money that's it! They don't care about you as the customer or what's going on with your issue when they come to your house but they try to charge you more on very simple fixes. This company deserves zero Stars

We had a great HVAC replacement experience with Tipping Hat. Michael Lia was upfront and very helpful. The installers, Benjamin Breno, Romeo Sandoval, and Juan García were punctual, thorough, polite and efficient. They got a lot of work done in just one day! We also got a free a/c upgrade because of a stock issue on their end. They could’ve easily just postponed the install until our model was back in stock and we wouldn’t have been any wiser, but instead they were honest and stuck to the install date even though it cost them money. I highly recommend their services!
