It was a good experience from start to finish. Ricky is very personable, and was available the day after I called. He came and gave us a complete estimate, including financing options. The next day completed the job to our satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time, and left us without a mess to clean up. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for plumbing, heating, or electrical problems!

I called Tipping Hat regarding a clogged drain and an electrical outlet that wasn’t working. Nick the electrician along with the two plumbers were very courteous and professional. They quickly resolved all my issues and provided very helpful explanations in case something should happen again. I’ll definitely call Tipping Hat next time I have a plumbing or electrical issue.

Austin arrived and unclogged our sewer pipe quickly and without any issues. He was courteous, professional and prompt and we have been very happy with our overall service from Tipping Hat both times that we've worked with them. We'll continue to send them our business as it comes up

Tipping Hat, Amber and her crew Alden, Corey, William, Zach and the plumber Chris did an outstanding Job. Our AC died and it turned out we had to replace both Furnace and AC as the HVAC was from 1993. Amber guided us through the process and could answer all our questions and concern in the most professional way. This is a big investment for most of us and it is a jungle to know were to go, we had 10 different contractor, all good but Tipping Hat walked the extra mile. We decided on a Monday, Amber sent her crew in on Tuesday and by 5PM same day all was done and in perfection. Also want to mention Alden, we had flooding in our neighborhood and we were concerned if our sump pump worked. Alden dropped everything and "dived" in, saw it was dead and had Chris coming out within the hour, got a new sump pump and made sure it was per code as our house have a few years. So with all that I highly recommend Tipping Hat and especially crew mentioned, couldn't be more happy. The Mare Family

Customer beware... This company will be positive and excited to bid and get your job, very friendly staff. We even sent them a referral client that is our neighbor! Once the job is done, you will be forgotten, blown off, and they hope you forget their promises. We were told that we would receive an email containing all the paperwork/manuals etc on our new AC unit and whole house humidifier. After calling several times, we finally received a copy of our contract, but never any manuals. We had issues getting the new smoke/carbon monoxide monitors that were promised - which was resolved. We were also promised 2 additional vent fans in black by the sales person, (Kodiak), and a follow up conversation with Elizabeth from the office confirmed this. We have called at least 5-7 times since the end of March. Everyone acts sad and apologetic on the phone when you call for an update and tells us that they have been ordered, but don't believe it. Once that call is done, you never hear back or get an update, we feel like they are just hoping we will go away. It is now mid-June with our installation in March, and still nothing. It has made us feel like they were only prompt and friendly, only to get our business.

Ricky did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. He detected an issue with the old one and was able to install a new faucet and valves on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I look forward to having my HVAC serviced by them in a couple weeks and truly appreciate their warranty program!

I highly recommend Tipping Hat for plumbing and HVAC installations and maintenance!

** Update on 5/12 on Scott:

I had Scott come out to check my water pressure being too high, and he confirmed that it was almost 100 PSI. Not only did he install a new water pressure valve for me, but he was very observant and noticed that my expansion tank for my hot water heater was leaking and installed incorrectly by Home Depot. He came back out and replaced the expansion tank as well as replacing a galvanized pipe in my crawl space. Scott is an excellent plumber and was so patient throughout the whole process. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and provided great knowledge, which demonstrated his expertise in this area. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for your plumbing issues!

My husband and I first heard of this company from their magnet mailer with useful information about how to turn off a furnace in an emergency situation. A year later, when we discovered our water heater leaking we reached for the magnet (identifying additional services) and called. I was treated with promptness, professionalism, transparency, and kindness throughout the whole process by Ricky S. I highly recommend this company and plan on continuing to use them in the future.
