Josh Story was the lead on our project and we couldn’t have requested for a more professional, knowledgeable and hard-working master electrician! He patiently answered all of our questions and explained things in a way that enabled us to best understand our options. Our project was not easy but Josh was an wonderful problem solver and came up with the best way to resolve each challenge he encountered. Josh’s assistant, Keith, was also a hard worker and they both were polite and respectful. We recommend Josh for any electrical work that you made need done. He’s definitely an honest individual who takes pride in his work. He’ll remain our first choice for any future electrical jobs we may have.

They did a excellent job. My boiler broke down and the weather is getting colder and I had to get it replaced. The men arrived early in the morning and worked until they got the work done. They even explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I stayed away so they could do their work. I greatly appreciate all their work. They had an answer for question and that was great. They even put in a new thermostat and explained how to use it. Now I have heat, and it’s just in time.

superb service. We bought our building after this company installed the furnace. They arrived to service it and it was a great experience. We then had them install a new . All of these experiences have been 100% amazing. Whenever there was a small issue, they always fixed it They were helpful on parts of our HVAC system that we're not even installed by them. Always looking for areas for us to improve, without an extra charges.

Brendan was great! arrived early and went straight to work. Was super professional, genuine and requested questions about the issues we were having and found the problem, repaired it, and tested and confirmed the and Heating unit was working before he left. Even changed the filters for us! Just great service, was a reasonable cost. Would use them again!

Maverick and his team came on time, were knowledgeable, and took their time to ensure the project was done the right way the first time. Stevie, forgot to light the water pump pilot before he left. This is something we could’ve easily done, but he arrived all the way back to our house out of his way to make sure we knew and do it for us. We 100% recommend this company!

Lily performed the furnace inspection and upkeep for our system. He was on time, and informative. He was neat and made sure was back the way he found it. He let us know how our system was doing and recommended some possible upgrades. Overall a awesome job.

New to Lubbock and Earls building Warranty was what I was told to use. So thrilled I did, they are so amazing, and quick and courteous. There are just not enough good things I can say about them. My issue was reported, sent out and fixed all within 3 1/2 hours. That kind of customer service is above and beyond! Thank you!

terrifc work the tech got my malfunctioning furnace up and running and smoothly. Explained what could have caused the problem. If I have anymore problems I will be using them to replace the furnace. professional and knowledgeable technician. Thank you for the superb service.
