Dave came to repair my boiler and he was the best heating technician that I’ve ever had. He was very professional, kind and most importantly HONEST! A previous company told me that I needed a lot of extra work and he confirmed it was not necessary and completed only the repair required. I’m glad I found a company with an employee that I can trust. I think I’ve found my forever heating technician! 💙

We called Ben on a Saturday evening around 8pm when our AC stopped working. To our surprise he was able to show up the next day to assist in diagnosing and repairing our AC. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and took ample time to explain the entire process to me. His professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. I plan to use Reliable Heating and Air for any and all HVAC issues that we may experience in the future.

Wow! If you need a really great Heating & Cooling company, don't look any further than Reliable Heating & Cooling company. We had another company that we had to have out over & over to fix our ac that kept freezing up. They would do something different each time & say that was it. Today Nick came over and in less than 2 hrs was able to diagnosis, fix & get our ac running correctly & cooler than it ever has run. Amazing! We asked about his prices if we ever had to replace our heating & AC and we were amazed how reasonable this company's prices are! So whether you are looking for a new system or need maintenance - this is the only place I would call now! They are highly Reliable!

I could say what our problem was but really they are friendly people, honest, I called at around 10 am and they were here by about 2:30 pm on a busy, winter day. Nick was our technician and he spent a lot of time explaining the operation of the furnace to me and giving recommendations for how messed up our system is/was. The builder contracted a terrible company to install the HVAC system and they installed the humidifier wrong. Would definitely highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Hands down best customer service in town. They tech was nice and informative, when another company told me I was going to have to replace my whole furnace for thousands of dollars, he helped me understand how that was not the case. He explained everything and showed me the pictures he took. Put it all in an invoice and emailed it right away.
The owner even called after to follow up and ensure everything was good. I don’t think most companies have this type of service.

Awesome experience. Our furnace stopped working at our new house and the inside temp was 48 degrees. Nick wasn't sure if he could make it to my house that day because he had a lot of similar calls, but he called me back at 6:30pm that evening to say he could be at my house by 7pm. He was able to get the furnace back on and heat the house. He came back to replace the part that was defective the next week and we have no more issues. He also noticed an issue with my hot water heater while working on the furnace and fixed that at the same time! I won't call anyone else or recommend anyone else moving forward with my new home. Middle of winter with single-digit weather, and Nick was able to come out at 6pm to fix my furnace. Friendly guy and communicated the work very well, including their 30-day guarantee if the issue reappears. Toasty warm again.
