Ben came to replace the motor in my furnace. He was on time and probably one of the most courteous and friendly serviceman I have delt with. Once he got the part I needed, it only took him a few minutes to install. Provided me with tips to keep the furnace working smooth, asked if I had any questions. Answered them thoroughly. I even asked him about another job I need done for my moms house. I would highly recommend this company and if you can, request Ben!

Chad, our first tech who diagnosed my old thermostat, and Kyle who installed the new one, were friendly, on time and quite knowledgeable. My thermostat (Carrier Infinity) is an expensive do-all model with several sensors. Kyle programmed it for me and knew all the functions and explained them to me. Also, Becky in the office was friendly, quite responsive and quick to set up the appointments. Only took two days to get the part and installed. Thank you Reliable for a pleasant experience!

Ben was super fast at calling in response to my warranty company's work order. He was very clear about the additional weekend cost up front. He was here within 20 mins of the call and diagnosed the problem with my heater in less than 10 mins. He had it fixed within the hour. He wa a polite and professional and very efficient and effective. I can always depend on Reliable!

Our furnace went out during those sub-zero nights we had in the Springs. Becky from Reliable Heating called the next day. Kyle & Ben showed up they next day they had open (had to use portables for a few days), but when they got here, they were swift, explained their process of replacing our furnace/system so that I understood, cleaned up, stayed a little longer just conversations. This company was recommended by my home warranty team and they responded timely and with very good information on the failure and possible replacement of my boiler. The work they did to remove and replace the old with the new was impressive and I was updated along the way with what they were doing. The even took the extra time to dig out space in my crawl space to get the new boiler in that set them back a day for the installation. I would highly recommend them for your heater work.
