We had a great experience with Nick. He is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He was easy to talk to and not pushy like some other companies can be. He was able to squeeze us in a week and a half after our first meeting. We recommend Nick to everyone. He is a hard worker and will help you with your specific furnace/humidifier needs. Be sure to ask him about his military discount!

Our furnace stopped functioning during the coldest night of this year. After a three day nightmare experience with Affordable plumbing and heat trying to get our furnace repaired we told them to forget it and called Reliable HVAC just before 5:00 pm on the third day. Nick came out within a half hour and had us up and running within 15 minutes. He was very honest and professional. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. We will be dealing with them from this point on. Highly recommended!

My sister and I were very pleased with the expeditious response to our need for AC servicing. Our tech was Joe Strange and he was very knowledgeable and very good at what he was doing. He was very thorough, found the problem and fixed it. He also was able to give us an overview of our AC system and make us understand what he was doing to repair the unit. He also had good suggestions as how to keep the AC running at its best. Would definitely used Reliable again should the need arise.

Gave these guys a call for a quote for AC, Furnace and Water Heater. Nick got back to me QUICK and we had an appointment set for the next day to come look at everything. Great guy, very professional and his attention to detail was amazing. All around great price, we had multiple people come out and give us quotes and found them to more than affordable. There were no "smoke and mirrors" like the others. Appointment was set for install! Yesterday, Ben and Joe came out on time and ready to get things done! Great guys and some real hard workers! Everything is completed and working great! Hands down, they will be the only company we call when it comes to our HVAC. This company is amazing! Quick, professonal and personable service. My heat went out in this last cold snap. My warranty company uses Reliable and I received a call back within 15 minutes. An appointment was scheduled and kept. Kyle who was very knowledgeable about my older heating unit was able to do the repairs promptly. He also provided some insight as to where I stood with my unit, which was a welcome relief He was very nice and even closed up the crawl space when he was done. Reliable will now be my go to company for yearly maintenance in my heating and AC. Thank you so much for being such a great company!

We recently bought our first home and were gifted a home warranty by our agent as a "just in case." We were surprised when we went to try the AC for the first time and it turned on for about 30 seconds and then stopped entirely. Since AC is a luxury for us and the thought of trying to get it fixed sounded like a big headache, I put it off for a good 6 weeks until it was almost time for our first visit from family. I called the home warranty company and filed a claim and they said we would be receiving a call from Reliable Heating and Cooling within 24 hours. Not 5 minutes later, I received a friendly and professional call from Becky and she was able to set us up with an appointment with Kyle the following day at 1. I was surprised when I received a call from Kyle around 11:30am the next day asking if it would be convenient for him to come early, as he was running ahead of schedule and of course I told him to come on over.

Kyle showed up and promptly got to work determining what was wrong with our AC and was able to identify the issue and explain to me the problem and what my options were in a way that made me feel confident in what was going on. I figured he would have to order parts and come back another time to do the repair but he had the parts available and the AC was fixed and blowing cold air through the house before 1PM when my original appt time was scheduled. Kyle followed up the appointment with a detailed report of the work that was done for my records and so I could relay the information accurately to my partner.

I am so grateful that Reliable Heating and Cooling was assigned by the home warranty company to take care of this issue as it was such a pleasant and efficient experience. I will absolutely seek their assistance for any future issues or maintenance for my HVAC needs.

We enjoyed working with Nick at Reliable Heating. We have an older, complicated house and I appreciated him walking us through exactly what was wrong with our furnace and what would entail for us to put in a new one. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly provided us several different quotes so we had plenty of options.
