Truly cannot say enough GREAT things about this company. We have used them for 3 of our properties and have had wonderful service that is prompt, honest and with friendly employees. We had Nick come over to service our furnace and when we got to the basement we found out that our water heater was busted and leaking. He cleared his day and made it a priority to fix it that day for us. We will be lifelong customers of Reliable Heating and Cooling!

This is a great company!!! Nick came out and serviced our furnace and home humidifier from top to bottom. He was right on time for our scheduled appointment. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was also able to fix our leaking water heater. He is very honest and trustworthy with great pricing. I will be a customer for life.

I had the great experience of Ben with "Reliable Heating and cooling" coming to our home for yearly services. Ben really knew his job well and was kind about it too. My kids asked about a thousand questions and he was never short with them or made us feel dumb either. He's definitely the guy you want doing work for you. He couldn't have been more kind and really did the job well. Even to the point that he explained all that he did for our home and showed me how to monthly change filter etc. I know we asked tons of questions but he never seemed bothered by it at all. I would like to point out that I'm going to request him every year from now on. Excellent job and customer service!

I had a Google Nest installed with a different company and it was done incorrectly by a very unprofessional electrician. After calling three other companies who could not get me in for at least a week, Reliable Heating and Cooling responded to my call immediately. My furnace was not connecting to the thermostat and in these colder months, heat is rather important…
These guys had the installation corrected and did a general service check of my furnace the very day I called. Fantastic service and great to work with! Highly recommend. :)

Nick has been our most trusted HVAC service ever used. We were guided to him through our home warranty service, and he immediately became our go to after that. Nick explains everything about your system and the work he is doing in an easy to understand manner. We completely trust him and his work. Plan ahead though because he can get booked up quickly (his expertise has earned him quite the customer base). He does respond to emergencies too - just don't wait for those to happen. We wish we could take him with us as we move.

Ben was the technician that was sent out to my home. He was very professional and helpful. After he completed my services; he gave me a very detailed lesson on my thermostat, and the basic operations of my heating and cooling system. I give the experience that I had with this company 5 stars, and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Kyle is awesome! The high temperature for the day was MINUS 8 degrees. Needless to say all HVAC companies were extremely busy. Kyle was no exception, but he promptly called us back and with his incredible expertise and patience he was able to troubleshoot the issues and walk us through the repairs.

We are sold on Reliable Heating and Cooling. We will never use anyone else.
