Ben took excellent care of my home when he came out. Not only did he maintain the i he provided my estimate for a new cooling system.

Nick did a service on my furnace. This was a high dollar unit installed by a supposedly reputable firm. He found several installation errors that they had missed on the initial install and subsequent services. He fixed those and also included procedures the other guys should have included in their basic service, but charged extra for- like cleaning the blower cage. He also found deficiencies in the work done 3 months ago on the other service.

Having been without AC for a couple of days, I had two concerns 1) the heat and 2) What’s wrong with the AC and how much will it cost? Kyle appeared after normal business hours to solve the problem. What a nice guy!!! He allowed me to watch him troubleshoot and answered all my questions. The after hours bill was very reasonable! He and Reliable Heating and Cooling just moved to the top of my list for service. Highly recommended!!!

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable in trouble shooting an issue that was missed by two visit from a competitor. He went above and beyond in answering questions so that I could fully understand the issue and his process of arriving to the assessment that he did. He also spent time to educate us on better practices to get the most out of our A/C unit. I have already recommended this company to my family who are also unhappy with their HVAC companies. This is the second time we have had Reliable repair done and both times I have been pleases.

Ok, set up an appointment for heater maintenance to check overall operation for the next winter. First technician came out and for some reason we did not click (probably me not having a good day and being a jerk) he was professional and said no charge. After calling the office the nice lady told me that she would do her best to help me resolve this. Less than an hour later got a call from the owner said that he would send out another technician. Second technician came out was also very professional completed the inspection. Can’t stress enough on how this company really cares about the community/their neighbors. I’ll be calling them for all of my heating and cooling needs.
