Reliable Heating & Cooling are the best out there. The customer service is excellent. I wouldn't use any other HVAC company. They are honest, explain what they are doing and fair in pricing. Friendly and professional. So nice to deal with a company like this.

nick installed a new water heater ,new furnace and a new air conditioner. and the work completed on time promised. I am highly pleased on the performance on all these systems. I saw a reduction in my utilities statement. nick can trusted and you can feel confident in what he tells you and will work with you until you are satisfied you are getting what you want after the work is done he had me inspect the area where the work happened for cleaniness.

Heat died during the recent snowstorm. Reliable sent a tech out within a couple hours of calling. Ben (the tech) made repairs. Later that evening the heat quit again. Ben returned (from home)) and stayed for several hours 12am! to make sure repair was completed. We wouldn't use anyone but Reliable! Thank you!

Reliable is awesome! Recently had a service call with Ben after hours. He called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. He greeted me with a smile and handshake and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout and the price was competitive and fair. Thanks Ben!

Nick is the best! I originally called a local hardware store that I love but the furnace guy and the company they contract with were an epic failure! I was in the market for a new furnace and hot water heater, which I bought both from Nick. I immediately liked him! He was so good about explaining to me what I needed and why I needed certain things. I bought my home about four months ago and I've been dealing with A LOT of shady people/businesses! It's been stressful and exhausting!! He gave me great advice for other areas in my home (i.e., insulation, etc) that I wouldn't have thought of on my own I HIGHLY recommend Reliable Heating!

Walking in to work and have no heat is not the way to start the week. I called Reliable Heating and Cooling and they were able to not only get me in today, they had it up and running before we closed. Ben, the technician, was an absolute gem!! Highly recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling!!

Nick recently cleaned and serviced our furnace. I appreciated his honest and professional approach. His price was fair and I felt comfortable with following his recommendation. I would use his service again and have already recommended him to a friend.

Ben was available a bit earlier than scheduled so he called ahead to see if it was a convenient time. We have a leak in the basement from the water heater vent on the roof. Ben found a problem area very quickly and sealed the problem area. Now we'll have to see what happens the next time were get very heavy rains but he took pictures for us to see and his explanation was very thorough. I found Ben to be an exceptional tech as he very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling in a heart beat!!!

Incredible fast and friendly service. Very reasonable price. I called today because my heater did not work. Christy was very nice and helpful. Even though they were slammed busy she did send Nick over in the evening. Nick was very fast and nice, he explained to me what was wrong and how he will fix it. Needless to say, I am toasty warm in my house because Nick fixed my heater and replaced the faulty ignitor. Thank you so much Christy and Nick, you absolutely rock and I am so grateful that I have a warm house this freezing cold night.
