Polar Bear is incredible! Not only do they do a great job and install beyond the standard of code, but they go the extra mile to make their installs look aesthetically pleasing, which is very important to me as a homeowner.

I had an issue a month after install (my fault- I used the wrong filter!), and they were out the very next day to check on my system and charge. These guys are incredible. They're not the cheapest out there, but there's no doubt the value is evident and you'll make up for it in system lifespan and peace of mind.

I called and got John, the owner, who almost immediately dispatched Shawn, who was a Godsend. He managed to diagnose, get replacement parts, and repair my entire blower assembly (~18 year old unit) in less than two hours. This was unbelievable after dealing with home warranty services and being out of A/C for 3 full weeks. Shawn was immensely professional, on-time, provided expert-level insights into the lifespan of the unit and the repairs necessary, and so friendly. I spoke with John this morning. He is so pleasant and engaging. I really appreciated his desire to solve the problem with his expert boiler technicians. Steve and Dillion arrived earlier than scheduled and started working after a brief description of problem. They are both friendly and knowledgeable technicians with positive attitudes. Within 35 minutes, they found a wiring problem with the exhaust fan. Tightened up the wire, check boiler several times to make sure the unit was working properly, and checked inside that heat was flowing through the lines. They also adjusted the boiler temperature to help with faster heating. The boiler settings had not been set up correctly. This adjustment should provide better efficiency in heating the house. Polar Bear Mechanical has become my “go to” guys to repair and maintain the heating system. Thank you so much!

Our ac went out on a friday night. I called Polar Bear on Sat morning and the after hours tech was at my house with a replacement unit within one hour. Installed and working. Professional. Friendly. Respectful. Prompt and Transparent. This country needs more businesses like Polar Bear. Integrity and traditional values.

Getting Central air is by far the best decision we have made. But choosing Polar Bear as the company to install it was even better. The owner John was very respectful, courteous and honest. We feel we got the best value for the right price. Our house is very cool and we are very happy! We will continue to call on Polar Bear Mechanical for all of our future heating and cooling needs!

PBM installed a new quality hot water heater in our house. The responsiveness and speed at which they replaced our leaking OEM water heater (which was only 5 years old and put in by the builder) was amazing. Other companies were quoting months out to get the replacement set up, or even weeks to come out and check our situation for an estimate. PBM also came back out to make sure the install inspected perfectly at a moment's notice. Highly recommend to use this company for any of your mechanical needs.
