Polar Bear Furnace and AC

Shawn came out and repaired a thermostat on our boiler. Quickly diagnosed the problem and found the part locally. Picked it up and was back and had the problem solved just as quick.

Top notch. John and his team were incredible from start to finish. I had the whole 9 yards replaced at my home (AC and Furnace). The initial appointment for quoting was low pressure and informative. Within one week of making my deposit I was getting my new stuff installed! They went above and beyond to ensure my install was great. I have had a few others out to try to figure out why i had no pressure but they were no help. John diagnosed a lack of return volume and added a second return in my basement which worked perfect. I would highly suggest these guys. As a homeowner Ive been consistently let down by service providers and tend to find myself fixing the cosmetics of a job I already paid for. With Polar Bear, everything was beautiful and even the code inspectors commented on what a good install it was! Thanks John! Thanks Steve!

Juan Medellin was our technician. He was professional and polite. So, our heater was not working for two days. We were recommended by a neighbor to hit up Polar Bear Mechanical Ltd. and that’s what we did. Juan had to do a diagnostic. After finding out what was the issue, he informed my husband and I what was going on. He also informed us the cost for replacement before doing anything else. From there, Juan did what he needed to do and now we have heat in our home. Just to add, there were two other technicians (did not get their names though) that came to give Juan a helping hand. They were nice. Overall, great customer service.

Shaun did a thorough inspection and advised us a number of options to repair the furnace or install a new one. Based upon his recommendation we went with the new installation.

We were having some serious issues with our AC unit and so we called Polar Bear Mechanical after reading a few reviews on our neighborhoods fb page. They got us on the schedule super fast to come take a look for us. We ended up getting a new unit with them for a GREAT price since we had a lot of stuff going on in the old unit and it wasn’t worth saving. They were able to get the work done with in the same week as the quote which my family is very grateful for since it’s been so hot outside. I am so happy we called them to help us out. They are so friendly and nice. They explained everything and answered all my questions and even gave us some tips. I would highly recommend them!!

John and his team were great! They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedules. Casey and Mark were exceptional they came out diagnosed the problem and explained everything to my mother in Spanish. They even took the time to give me a call at work and re-explain the whole situation to me. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.
