Steve and Dylan did an excellent job. Super professional, put pride in their work, and stand by their word. They might have just replaced the boiler, but I will definitely be showing off their Craftsmanship to any house guests coming by.

We just moved to Colorado Springs earlier this year and needed to get established with a HVAC company. After today's visit I believe Polar Bear Mechanical will be that company as long as we're here. Shawn came out to inspect our furnace system and was on-time, friendly, informative, and professional. He explained what he was doing, walked us through the routine work we could do on our own, and informed us of the likely maintenance needed next year to keep everything working. Polar Bear was so great! Our heat went out on a Friday night after they technically had closed. It was supposed to get down to 2 degrees that night and by the time we noticed our house was already at 56 degrees. They came out right away on an emergency call and had us back up and running and WARM within 20 minutes! Would highly recommend them as they were also kind and accommodating!

Dylan was awesome! He was at my house less than two hours after I called. I was having some issues with a new smart thermostat I installed and he fixed the problem quickly. The service was affordable too. He was very kind and my cat enjoyed some belly scratches 😁 thank you!
