Polar Bear Furnace and AC

Outstanding job. The installers took extra time to make sure my AC and Furnace were installed and set up correctly.

Such an amazing experience. Shawn was amazing! We called on Friday because our AC went out and he came out as soon as possible on Monday. When checking on our AC he noticed a major gas leak immediately. We’re so thankful he found that as it could have been a serious problem. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone and how professional Shawn was.

Shawn was awesome. He took the time to teach me how to change my air filter on my AC unit, was incredibly personable, and he made sure to give my animals some love when they were getting in his way. I will absolutely use Polar Bear for all of my HVAC service needs!

I called them at 8:00pm Thursday night because our AC at our rental was leaking in the basement. I was fully expecting to leave a voicemail for them to get next day and I got JT directly AT 8pm!! although he said their schedule was booked the next day he worked out some things to try and get us in by end of the day. Great communication via text and email and then a call when they were on their way. Took care of the issue after explaining in detail the problem and we are back in business. Everyone I talk to there is wonderful and helpful. They have been my go-to HVAC people and each time I call for a service they solidify WHY I continue to use them and refer them. Thanks Polar Bear!

Contacted Polar Bear the morning I found out I had water heater issues and Steve was able to stop by same day, diagnose the issue, and provide an estimate for repair. Since I wanted to replace the old water heater and furnace anyways, I was quoted for both and agreed to go with Polar Bear for the two installs. Heard great reviews from friends and saw nothing but the same through online reviews so I gave them a shot. Within a few days Polar Bear was able to install both a gas water heater as well as a gas furnace and replaced the old equipment with Rheem high quality appliances (Kyle and Richard were the HVAC techs that did the install). Highly recommend Polar Bear with your HVAC needs as they clearly care about customer service and taking care of people.

I asked Polar Bear Mechanical to come out to fix a broken furnace based upon the reviews here and on Yelp. They could not ethically fix my 27 year old furnace, so we discussed new furnaces. After looking at other companies I decided to go with Polar Bear.
The installation was good, they fixed many problems that the original installers had created or overlooked. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and I believe did a few things that were above and beyond. They did a great job of explaining everything they were doing, and took the time to teach me how to operate/maintain the furnace.
I would highly recommend this company.

The Polar Bear crew did a great job on a huge commercial job. Great communication, great work, friendly technicians. Passed inspection with "excellent work comment by inspector on 7 units. The office team was great to schedule and coordinate with as well.
