Steve, Juan, and Derek did an amazing job throughout the process of getting AC installed in our home and a new “Nest’ thermostat. When coming to do the quote, they were efficient and we didn’t feel the pressure to book our appointment right then or buy the most expensive option available. All around an amazing company that I would gladly recommend to anyone!

I can't say how happy we are that we chose them to install central air in our home we just bought , from the Quote to install , there were no hidden fees or pressure, John was very knowledgeable and helpful about what was needed and went above and beyond.

I hired Polar Bear to install an A/C unit at my house. They did an excellent job and at a very competitive rate. Of the companies I researched, this company offered the best rates without compromising on quality or customer service. They followed through once the job was complete to ensure my permit was closed out with the city and that everything was installed to code.

We had an issue with our furnace not working. I called Polar Bear Mechanical and they sent Shawn over to help resolve it. Shawn is extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He quickly identified what the issue was and worked swiftly to resolve it. He communicate throughout the process what was wrong and the steps he took to resolve it along with leave his contact for any follow up we might have. I would definitely work with him and the company again. Overall, extremely satisfied and glad to have heat again!
