Polar Bear Furnace and AC

My faith is restored in an HVAC company. I contacted Polar Bear to troubleshoot a water and rust problem in my ~9.5 year old furnace. They identified a major component that was about to fail and replaced it. After a few months, I discovered the previously reported water and rust problem. Since it had only been a few months, I reported this to Polar Bear. They sent out a highly skilled technician (Shawn Bedell) to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Shawn quickly identified and fixed the problem. Shawn was very courteous and professional as he helped explain what was happening and what I should do going forward. And the best part, I wasn't charged for a service call OR the minor repair work. Thank you Shawn and Polar Bear!

Me and mt wife just started renting a house in Fountain CO. Only 4 days in and our AC unit caught fire. My land lord hired Polar Bear to come and repair the damage. The team that came over replaced my whole AC unit in a matter of 2 days. Juan and Kyle kept me and my wife updated on everything that was going on. They showed us how to use the new unit and things to look out for to avoid any future problems. They were very professional and friendly, as well as time efficient. I definetly recommend using this buisness for any AC and heating needs. Especially if your lucky enough to get Juan and Kyle.

It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. The tech was very professional, took time to explain everything, and came up with a proposal that went from most conservative to most invasive which was helpful in deciding course of action without being sold the farm unnecessarily.

Steve and Dylan showed up at the start of the appointment window instead of the end, checked our unit thoroughly, made adjustments, ensured everything was working correctly, and explained how everything worked and how to maximize the heating and energy efficiency of our furnace.
