Polar Bear Furnace and AC

I used Polar Bear to install an air conditioning system with a heat pump last summer, and have had no regrets since. My entire house stays cool in the crazy heat and we stay warm and cozy during the cold months. Appointments are quick and easy to make and are scheduled in a timely manner. They show up on time and with a friendly disposition and get through the job quickly and efficiently for an affordable price, especially if you live in Lorson Ranch. They take care of their neighbors. They'll continue to have our business.

The hack technician they sent out did not do his job. Not even 3 weeks of having the tech out, I noticed my home wasn’t cooling. As I found this odd I hired a different company to come out and take a look at my AC unit. The tech from Polarbear Mechanical did not recharge my AC unit. It was so low on Freon it couldn’t cool the house. Don’t waste your time and money with Polarbear find another company, you will have to anyways to come out and do what you paid this company to do.

My Furnace has maintenance issues that I address every year prior to winter, but this year totally slipped my mind. I called my usual heating company but they couldn’t come out so they actually recommended Polar Bear company because of their reputation so I called and their professional prompt service had my furnace fixed in no time and we were back up and running. Dylan was awesome and kept in contact with me for every step and he was a pleasure to deal with. Put these guys in my phone for any future heating issues and will be recommending them to friends and family!

Service man came and diagnosed my swamp cooler, was very polite, friendly, accurate and above and beyond helpful. I was very happy with the service experience and will definitely use Polar Bear again.

We had a basement flood caused from our whole house humidifier and Dylan came out, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The system then had another issue and he was back out the next day to replace the other parts and explained everything. I definitely recommend this company, they took the time to get everything fixed and came back out quickly when k needed more help.

Shawn came out and serviced our boiler. Replaced our expansion tank and pressure release valve. He was very knowledgable, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Polar Bear mechanical for your boiler/radiated heating system and water heater.
