I highly recommend Vectra Mechanical! Matt came out on a cold, snowy Sunday. I was on the tail end of his stops and he kept me informed when he would arrive and quickly diagnosed my problem and got the repair accomplished. I was so thankful that he really did offer 24/7 service.

Commercial AC unit stopped working a few weeks ago. Since then, Vectra has sent multiple technicians out. They patch it for a few hours and then the next morning we come into a hot office. They say they'll take care of it and then send another technician, patch it, and the issues happen again, again, and again. Over 6 visits (which they all charged for) and no fix. Our office only went with this company, because they did work on other units in the building, but I would highly recommend going with someone else. They are a joke.

I called Vectra Mechanical the moment our AC stopped working. Vectra responded and was able to get the job done and done right. Matt the owner walked me through the different units and the Q/A's of the HVAC world. Great working with this 5 star buiness and I am very thankful to have done business with Vectra! Would recommend to anyone.

This company is amazing and deserves all recognition, they are prompt, professional, clean and very knowledgeable, they traveled from Denver to Grand Lake, (2 hr. Trip) to service my tankless heating system, very reasonable prices, I will recommend vectra for all your hvac needs, Matt the owner has an amazing crew of solid techs. All the stars ⭐️

Vectra was a good experience and a good value. I have been in the trades for over a decade and know that there’s a lot of scam artists out there that are unskilled and unscrupulous when it comes to ripping people off. Vectra is nothing like that. Their techs know exactly what they’re doing and they are very honest and up-front about work needed and estimates. They’ll even suggest ways to save money. These people are top notch and honest. Can’t ask for more.

From the staff booking the appointment to the technician working in our home, this was an incredibly professional, responsive and kind team. The work done was top notch and the technician took the time to walk us through the system, what needed fixing, any pitfalls to system operation. We’ve had a few HVAC repairmen our to this house and these are the ones we will definitely use again!

My boiler was not working. My husband died last September & always took care of the boiler in our mountain home. Matt came up today and identified the issue immediately and addressed the cause of failure. I am impressed not only with his expertise & knowledge of boilers but his kindness.

During a snow storm we had a family with no heat. I called 7 companies and no response until i called Vectra. Matt the technician called me to say they will take care of us. We had to put family in motel due to several hours trying to get a hold of other contractors. Around midnight Matt showed up and took care of the problem and family was able to return home.
