Vectra Mechanical

I had Vectra Mechanical put in a smart thermostat in my house. I bought an Ecobee3 smart thermostat, only to get home and find out I only had two wires ran in the wall.

Matt came out, and not only told me I needed more wires ran, but that the current wires were not the correct ones anyway. Matt ran an 8 wire strand of cable to replace the old wiring. I only needed 4 wires at most since all I have is heat, but Matt said running the extra wires would be best so that I could expand the system later down the road.

After running the wires, Matt was able to quickly hook them up to my 21 year old furnace (I had no idea what was going on in there with all the wires). All said and done it took maybe a hour and a half at most.

I would recommend Matt and Vectra Mechanical to anyone who has HVAC needs! I plan on having him replace my furnace with A/C when the old one bites the dust!

We had plumbing work done. Adam was the technician. Adam did a great job on fixing a leak in the shower. Professional. Thorough.

During a very cold night our CO2 alarms started to go off. Non emergency came over and determined that our very old boiler was dying and CO2 filled the house.

We called Vectra Mechanical and Matt came out the next day. He stayed late and worked very hard to determine the issue. 60 year old boiler = END OF LIFE!

Matt, Tino and his team were very professional. They secured a new boiler and started install within days. They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and experts. The install and the new boiler looks great and they made sure that we had a safe system.

Are AC unit went out and vectra mechanical was able to come out same day to help us on one of the hottest days of the summer. We are super grateful that they were able to help us during the busy season so quickly.

I discovered Vectra on the web last year and decided to give them a shot (mostly due to their high ratings and reviews I read). After a few repair experiences, we just went through a new HVAC system (replacing a 16 y/o furnace and adding A/C) and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They are super responsive and have been able to come out same day (sometimes within hours) when we've needed it. Highly recommend.

Vectra noticed that our water heater was leaking during routine maintenance and brought it to our attention. We opted to have it replaced since it was 20 years old. Two Vectra technicians came and removed the old water heater and installed a new one. I was out of the house for a short time and when I returned they had already finished the job and they were so neat and efficient I could not even tell they had been there even though they had carried both units through our carpeted main living area. We were very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism and will definitely use them in the future.
