Had hot water heater, furnace and ac installed. They came when they said they would they worked hard and finished when they said they would. I was so impressed with everything they did, they even had a parts runner so they didn’t have to working and go get a part. Would highly recommend this company and Dusty crew.

I've been using this company for all my rental and personal home plumbing needs. They arrive on time, they're employee are well trained in skills and have great communication soft skills too. If you want an honest person and fair value, this is the company that provides that.

I can't speak to their service work and it looks like many others seem to have had good results. I just want to advise anyone scheduling an appointment to clearly write down your day/time as well as contact information as they do not call or send any reminder emails or texts (though they get that info when scheduling) before that scheduled appointment. So if you mix something up in that one phone call you don't have anything to check it against or reminders, so you'll still have to pay the $129 price for them to have come out. I scheduled an appointment a week out and forgot to cancel it when we found someone who could make it much sooner (my bad, I know). However, I also forgot the details and never had any type of follow up the days before or the morning of (that would've reminded me to cancel) via phone call, text or email about the appointment. I had a window of time in the original appointment quoted as between 10am-12pm, but they came out at about 1:00-1:30 that day which was later than the time frame given, so additionally they did not give a heads up that they'd be running late (in case someone had arranged their day to be home in the morning). I did give them verbal feedback that they should change their policy to include a confirmation email for people to double check their appointment details with the day the appointment is made with their contact information all in one place. Hopefully they follow through with this simple fix to avoid future customers being frustrated. I would also be prepared to be home all day long the day of scheduled service since they may run late and not call or communicate that to you. I hope this information can help others be better prepared.

I can not speak highly enough about this company! I had a couple of questions about a job they completed at my home. (We had a miscommunication over everything that needed to be done) The owner Matt reached out to me personally, and made sure that the job was completed and that I was satisfied. (With no extra charge) I feel good customer service is rare these days, and Vectra went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Matt and his team are amazing! I highly recommend using this company!

This company is quick! They were quick to arrive and quick to diagnose. Dusty had all the parts in his truck and had everything working great again in 30 minutes with no mess! He also gave us great advice on maintaining our system better for less repairs. You could tell he had our best interests in mind. We are only using Vectra from now on. Dusty was great!

My positive experience with Vectra began with the fist phone call. The receptionist/scheduler was so pleasant and efficient, she had me on their schedule almost instantly! A young gentleman named Dusty did diagnostic and repair work on my boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions in language that I could understand without being condescending. If Dusty is representative of all their employees, I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Dusty and Leo and Brian were great. They met expectations and answers all of my questions. The installation of our new swamp cooler was a success and Vectra Mechanical even had finance options for us.
