Vectra Mechanical

We had an issue with one of our rooftop units not providing heat to our office building. Vectra came out within an hour and had us back up and running quickly. Tech was friendly and professional and explained what the issue was. He even advised us of a few issues that we may want to have fixed before we switch to the cooling season. Will definitely be using again.

They were on time, prompt, quick, respectful, , knowledgeable, fair priced, efficient, responsive, professional, and did such an amazing job installing our Breezeair swamp cooler. I’d highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services!

Dusty from Vectra was great. Genuine guy who cared about my family’s well being and gave me honest answers. We replaced our A/C unit with Vectra and was able to get in much sooner than any other company with comparable prices. Great guys who used booties in our home and put down tarps and mats to protect our flooring. Will continue to use VECTRA for all of our Hvac needs.

I've had a couple of excellent experiences with Vectra Mechanical. I have a boiler system which is more than 50 years old in my home. Vectra has provided maintenance service to keep it running in tip top shape. Every tech has been knowledgeable, professional, on time (last appt they even called and said they could be out an hour sooner for the appt), and provided feedback on their service. Their prices are reasonable. I've had other companies come out and they have all tried to convince me to 'upgrade' my system. Not Vectra. Would highly recommend them.

I called Vectra mechanical to get a second opinion. Dusty was our service technician that came out and did a diagnostic to see what the issue was. We were told by the other company that there was a pump missing from the radiant heat system(along with the valve that wasn’t working). Dusty called the company that makes our system to verify if what we had was working and they agreed that the one pump we had was just as good. That right there gave me the confidence to go ahead and give Vectra our business as they were honest and there to fix the issue that was currently going on. Definitely will be using Vectra from here on out.

Vectra replaced my AC system. Having previously worked doing system replacements myself I knew what a quality job should look like and what was required of this replacement. This was not an easy replacement and provided them several challenges but they did an outstanding job. Troy, Larry and Alberto exceeded my high expectations with their workmanship, their professionalism and their friendliness. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them. 5+ stars

We work with Vectra often and they provide prompt service and estimates. They are courteous, clean, and provide excellent customer service. We use them for our property needs and trust their process and follow up work. I recommend the to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

After receiving a very large estimate from from "High End Brand A" , contacted Vectra Mechanical about our air conditioner. Not only did we receive a reasonable estimate, it included the electrical.
The technicians were here 10 minutes early, just as I was pulling my car out of the garage so they had room to work. They were pleasant and respectful.
I highly recommend Vectra Mechanical for your heating and air conditioning. We will be calling them back when it is time to service the furnace.

We have an old swap cooler that was acting up last year, and meant to have someone come take a look at it before it started to get warm. We put it off a little too long, and the first company I called told me they could send someone out at the end of June. I called Vectra and they sent someone that very day, which shocked me, since this is Memorial Day weekend and everyone needs everything de-winterized ASAP.

Kyle came over right away and did a lot of much needed work. Shortly after he left, it started spitting water all over the place. We called the office and even though he was already home, he came back to see what was going on. As always seems to be the case with repairs, as soon as he arrived, it was fine 😁 But he made some adjustments and stuck around to keep an eye on it for much longer than I would ever have expected him to. We signed up for bi-annual service with Vectra, because we feel like we’re in such good hands.
