We had a great experience with Vectra. They were responsive and professional, even during an after-hours call. We worked with Dusty and appreciated his service.

Called Vectra this AM for a heating issue at my home. I was referred to them by Planet Plumbing. Vectra got me into their schedule right away, and I had a tech at my house 1.5 hours before I was expecting him. Levi was awesome! He explained everything to me, did a thorough inspection of my system, and fixed it promptly. Pricing was upfront, fair, and honest. I will absolutely call them for all future HVAC needs.

Chris G. came out to repair my furnace on 2/21. He was unable to repair it due to a part. This happened after places to get the part were closed. He went back to the shop and brought me an additional space heater. He called at about 7:15 am and told me he had the part, was here around 7:30. Very professional and polite. Do keep in mind that this was during subzero weather with the furnace in a crawl space. Kudos

It was just last week - a beautiful Friday morning, with expectations of a major cold front arriving on Sunday - when our 26-year old heater went out. I emailed Vectra, and Matt was in my home by 9:30 AM - by that same evening Vectra had our new heater installed for a very fair price. It's 7 degrees outside today, Wednesday, and I can't believe what this new 2-stage heater is doing for the comfort level in our home! :) Great, competent emergency service for a very fair price. Thank you, Matt, Tino, Marnie and all the guys at Vectra! You've got my future business, too.

Vectra repaired one of the zone valves on our heating system. The service was prompt, reasonably priced and performed by an intelligent and experienced professional who communicated his diagnosis of the problem and it's solution very effectively. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. These people are first rate. Moreover, they were recommended by OTHER PLUMBERS I CONTACTED. It doesn't get better than that!

We were very impressed with this company. They were responsive to our needs and time frame to install a new heating unit in the middle of winter. They provided us with an excellent product, the technicians were professional, and knowledgeable; within 4 hours our house was starting to warmup. We would highly recommend this company. Their customer service is above and beyond other HVAC company's we contacted.

Extremely satisfied with my service. I had my condo unit worked on and was back to nice cold air in ONE DAY!!! Thank you very much Vectra! There was no mess left behind and I was treated fairly through the whole project from an accurate estimate to a well done job.

My husband and I came home last night to find that our furnace was not working. It was 19° outside and below 60° inside, and falling fast. My neighbor recommended Vectra. I called immediately and Matt answered the phone, even though it was after hours. He set up an appointment for Nathan to come at 8 AM the next morning. Nathan showed up on time, was very nice, crawled down into our pretty gnarly crawlspace, found the problem, went to get the part, came back and replaced it, cleaned a few things, changed our furnace filter and was finished in less than 2 1/2 hours. It cost us less than $330, which is a whole lot less than the cost of a new furnace. Nathan told us our furnace is 24 years old. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. Another company might’ve told us that our furnace had quit. We will definitely call them the next time we have a problem. It’s amazing to think that last night we were borrowing space heaters and this morning our problem was completely fixed.

Matt from vectra did a phenomenal job with the electrical work we needed done. He was very friendly and professional. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Definitely will be using vectra for all future electrical work!
