Have used Vectra exclusively for years and they’ve always done a great job. More recently, they came out for an AC inspection and cleaning. As usual they were prompt, expedient, and knowledgeable. After the cleaning though, my AC line froze up (which O didn’t know at the time), and they came out same day to assist and got it back up and running. Overall, a great outfit that puts in good work.

Sam came out and took care of a drain problem I was having with the toilets. One was draining really slow and two others in the house had occasional stoppages. Vectra was offering a $99 deal for a drain clearing. For the price I got an augur job to fix the slow drain, and a bonus: some good advice on what I could do for the other two. He was very efficient and personable to boot.

Vectra did a small project for us. It was done with quality, both the labor and materials. Our point of contact, Efrain was very easy to work with. He was kind and professional. Would use Vectra again!

Levi came to install a new thermostat. He went right to work and did an amazing job. Made sure my unit was working before he left.The company even followed up the next day to make sure everything went well, and to see if I needed anything else. I'm glad I found them, they seem to be very knowledgable about my McQuay coil system.

Flow-Rite Plumbing came out to replace our faulty sump pump after the recent crazy storms. Rob was very professional, he explained the process and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Flow-Rite Plumbing.

I had a service window from 8-10 and the repair guy was here and ready to go right before 8. Super prompt, helpful, and got my ac running again without any major upsells or issues. I will call again next time I have an issue with my ac.
