All around professional service. All team members excellent, Steve, the other Steve, Mario, and all the guys at my house who’s names I forgot. They always introduced themselves, arrived on time , worked with a lot of communication with each other and left my house without any mess whatsoever. My husband was quoted our installation was a 3 day job and it was completed on time. Thank you iComfort for all your professionalisms!

Top notch! Had a GREAT experience with iComfort Heating and Air! When our 30 year old furnace broke, we called several heat and air conditioning companies to evaluate our issue. After meeting with several reps and comparing equipment and pricing, George from iComfort stood out from the rest. George is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely honest and thoroughly explained the best approach to replacing our broken furnace and ancient 30+ year old inefficient, energy guzzling air conditioner (which never cooled properly and the other companies also recommended replacing). Since our air conditioner was on its last leg, we went with George’s recommendation to replace the system and it was the best decision we made. We have now joined the 21st Century and have a modern energy efficient furnace and HVAC air conditioner which we can control from an app on our phone! As for the installation, Joe and Abel were incredible and highly professional technicians. They were conscientious, polite and hardworking, and they were very clean and considerate in our home. The system is operating flawlessly and we are extremely happy with the quality of service we received from George and his team. I can’t say enough good things about iComfort!

Isai and Giovanni were very helpful friendly and honest. Explained everything that was going on and my options for service with no pressure. Isai from iComfort is an asset to the Company. From the confirmation call the day before, to the day of service, his professionalism and ability to gain trust and understanding of what the issue is/was with the unit, is very important to customers. Great customer service and people skills in general. I will refer him/iComfort to friends and family. This was the second time I used iComfort. Both times, they did a great job!. Corey arrived on time and thoroughly checked my AC system and took his time to do the job right. He is very knowledgeable and professional and will tell you if there are any LADWP programs available for you that will help pay for service. Now my AC works like it did when it was new. I highly recommend iComfort for all your HVAC needs.

Isaiah came to our house to install the FREE NEST thermostat. He was great! Took care of all my questions and did a thorough job on servicing our HVAC unit. Would definitely use them again.

We used iComfort to take advantage of the LADWP AC Optimization Program. Our service technician, Isai, was the best. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything well and spent a fair amount of time providing the free AC service. We felt that Isai really liked his job and wanted to be there to serve the customer. We also had the company owner, Jorge, come out to give us an estimate on some other work we're contemplating. We highly recommend this company!

Timothy was on time and prepared. I have been a costumer since the beginning and have never been disappointed in the service.
