He gave me a great price on a repair and got it done quickly. Very professional and friendly. I was impressed. I would definitely use them again.

Luis arrived on time. He was polite and explained what he will be doing with the air conditioning/heater unit. After installing our new Nest thermostat - he thoroughly went thru how it works on the panel and on the app. He also gave us suggestions on what needs to be maintained and updated to our unit. I would totally recommend this place and Luis. Great customer service.

Have been a satisfied customer for many years. They service and maintain our heating and air conditioning units. They installed a new furnace last week and it made our house more evenly heated and is much quieter. And they cleaned up beautifully before they left!

I used iComfort for both my houses for the AC Optimization program. Both Isai and Luis were very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. They showed up on time and really took the time to show how to use Nest both the controller and the phone app. Both appointments lasted about 2 hours because they are so thorough. Sounds like iComfort has hired/trained their staff to a high standard. I will definitely be calling them for my future AC/heating needs! Highly recommend this company!

Two years ago we wanted to take advantage of the LADWP program (NEST), so we called iComfort. From the very beginning the experience was very pleasant.
Louis, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, nice, and clean. He explained everything thoroughly. We recommended him to our sister and our neighbors.
In 2019, our AC stopped working. Of course, we called iComfort. Isai and Josh came on time and fix the problem.
On July 4th , 2020, about 250 feet from our house, we had a fire. We wanted iComfort to come and inspect our AC system.
We were lucky to see Isai again. He showed up on time, with his red booties and mask. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and polite guy! He explained everything that needed to be done with no pressure. Thank you Isai for all your help!

The service provided by their technician Luis J. was performed with the utmost professionalism and expertise. I appreciated his respect for my home from wearing shoe covers to sweeping up a small amount of debris. I also commend him on his effective communication skills, he was able to explain things in an understandable manner and the orientation on the new thermostat was great!
