Our water heater sprung a leak in the evening and they were able to get a technician out first thing in the next morning. Luis was professional, and did a very good job with installation. He explained all the fees upfront and even managed the city permit process. Definitely not the cheapest operation, but so far the quality of the work looks great and their ability to get somebody out ASAP was awesome.

Called them at 10am and Lee was here by 1:30pm to access the situation. We got a great price for what we needed. Daniel came out to perform the installation of the water heater. He was very respectful of the business and our space. Daniel kept us informed every step of the way. He was very friendly but very professional at the same time. In the future if we need work done here at the business I would not hesitate to ask for Daniel again. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service.

Andres was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand too. He was super nice, efficient and finished swapping out my water heater in no time! He even waited a bit after installing it to make sure the tank filled properly and we got hot water to all our facets! He's a really great guy and honestly deserves a raise 👏

Replaced water heater, called over 10 places and he was the only one to respond. Very happy with the work Julian did, he showed up on time on a Sunday but due to fungus he was not able to finish. He followed up and finished the job. Very professional.

Lee came out just 4 hours after our request for service for a leaking water heater. This really impressed us as it was getting late in the day. He was cheerful, professional knowledgeable and showed great integrity. He got the job done on time and cleaned up afterwards.

The service was very good and a new water heater was installed quickly even though it was a Sunday. There was no extra charge for weekend work. The guys communicated easily enough for us to understand the problem clearly (not too technical). Salvador was very good, courteous and cleaned up well. He also worked very quickly removing the old water heater and replacing the new one.

We lucky to have technician GERARDO OROZCO came on Saturday afternoon that is the same day we reported the leaking water heater which is running 18yrs already. We get a good deal package to replace a new one. GERARDO and his colleague took out the old tank first, kept cooling water on so that we can continue to use water but no risk! On Sunday morning GERARDO did a very great job on installation and everything by himself. His is an excellent expert, we are satisfied and appreciated his service. Also the company, respond quickly. Good service!
