Miguel was sent to replace our water heater and he did an outstanding job. Thank you Castleworks for coming out so fast and getting us back to normal. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I'll update later if we pass inspection but a lot changed from the first boiler being put in. The wrong boiler was put in (a propane one not natural gas). The connection to the gas mains uses connections that should never be used together and caused a gas leak. Castleworks sent someone round and said there was no leak and this second person also didnt spot any issues. I called PGE and they spotted the leak and disconnected the unit saying it was too dangerous. Castleworks sent a third person round who replaced the boiler and connector then also told me it needed more work to pass inspection including better wall anchoring and grounding. I had the air heating unit go around the same time and they sorted all the permitting including scheduling it and being there when the inspector came. I still dont have an inspection scheduled for the boiler. I'll include my original comment even though its not valid anymore.

Our old water heater died and castleworks was able to quickly come out and replace it. He talked me through what had happened, the options we had and was able to replace the heater right then. During the replacement there was a small issue with an old leaking tap which they showed me, explained what was needed and fixed right then. All resolved and we had hot water again plus a new heater, which we should have got sooner anyway. Thank you

I called for an emergency water heater repair. Dereck arrived quickly and worked diligently to remove old appliance and install a new one. Dereck was also very friendly, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.

Replaced water tank. Technician, Daniel Pedersen was professional and promptly replaced the water tank. Lee Frei was courteous and walked through the list of water heater options without any sales pressure to chose a specific model.

After recently moving into our condo, we had SoCalGas come out to turn on our gas. After inspecting the water heater cabinet, they found elevated CO levels, which meant either the vent was blocked or the water heater was bad. Andrés from Castleworks came out on short notice and after inspecting the exhaust duct for the water heater, he determined that the vent was fine, but the 25-year-old water heater had a crack and needed to be replaced. He had the same size water heater in his truck and replaced it in a few hours. He did an excellent job, from walking me through our different options, showing me what he was doing to bring the water heater cabinet/installation up to code, and letting me know what would need to be done for maintenance in the future. He was both friendly and professional.

Called CastleWorks @ 2:00PM, Sunday afternoon and their service tech was there 2 hours later to replace our failing water heater. The tech, Dereck Kirnon, couldn't have been any more friendly or knowledgable! KUDOS to Dereck. He is a huge asset to the company!!

Patrick did a great job cleaning and flushing my tankless water heater. It no longer makes the noise it did and works brand new. Very awesome employee and would definitely recommend.

11 year old water heater stopped working. Called them and they sent someone first thing in the morning. Had a new water heater installed in just a few hours. Scott was polite and informed. I will add a fifth star if I pass the permit inspection.
