We are pleased with this company and it’s employees. Lauren was responsive and genial setting up the service. Andres, the technician, was courteous and worked hard all day. Andres had to return to install a different and the appropriate pump but at no charge. They made it right.

I’m so appreciative of Nam, who not only replaced our water heater, but upgraded the gas fittings, added a leakage tray, upgraded the earthquake fittings - and got it done in time for me to take a hot shower and head to the airport. It was awesome to see this professional at work. Nicely done.

Based on positive reviews we contacted CastleWorks to replace our non functioning HVAC equipment, vintage 1962. Additionally our house has a duct system that’s located below the slab foundation with floor vents throughout the house.
Our CastleWorks contact was Avo who was happy to come to the house to assess the situation and suggest what we needed in new equipment. Because of our unusual duct situation and having to adapt the new unit to the existing location, he made a second visit along with Juan, the Installation Manager, to be sure it would be successful. Our many questions were addressed and a two day install period was proposed. Thanks to Avo, Juan and his team of Abi, Filimon, Oscar, Sergio, Danny and Salvador it took only one day to remove the old units, adapt the location for the new units, install them and get them running in one day…and in the rain. Everything seems to be working fine and Avo has made himself available if there are any further details, questions or issues. We feel we were, and still are, in very good hands.

Replaced our water heater within a few hour of our first phone call! Professional service and arrived on time and installed the new water heater with no issues. Highly recommend.

Mr. Park took his time to explain what the problem was with my water heater and comparing the costs to repair it vs replace it. He navigated the tricky route to my water heater graciously and stayed on task for the 3 hour visit with only a short break. Grandkids were able to final take their baths minutes after his departure.
