I noticed a leak on our fairly recently purchased water heater on Monday, call the office and they were able to set me up with an appointment for Wednesday. Mario was very efficient in doing his job and pleasant to deal with.

New home so wanted it done right since I know nothing about plumbing and now I feel like I can do it myself from the knowledge I gained. Miguel Lopez was the best technician I've ever had for a service call to my home. Getting scheduled was a breeze, Miguel treated the work as if he was doing repairs in his own house. Went above and beyond to ensure the safety of our water heater repair and remediated some dangerous issues left by the original installation. And he was working with speed and technical expertise as well. He was upfront and fair with pricing estimates too, there were no surprises. We are really glad we called CastleWorks and can't recommend them and Miguel more highly.

Lee and his associate were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. No pressure on selecting the highest priced service. Did an excellent installation job. Lee recommended and contacted a great and well organized mitigation company, Expess Dry due to excessive water leak damage of an old water heater.

We had our Heater and AC replaced over the weekend. I was put in contact with Avo, who i must admit has the best costumer service skills i’ve seen in a very long time! Very friendly, quick at responding, worked around our schedule and answered all the questions we had. Never complained or seemed annoyed. He also gave us couple of good quotes and options. His friendliness and patience were a big part of why we decided to go with his quote over some others we received.
The installers were also on time, came and did their work quickly and professionally. Everything looks nice and neat. Unfortunately i wasn’t at home while they were here so all i can say is that everything looks nice and works great! We are very happy and will go with them again if anything happens!

The service resulted in the total replacement of my water heater.

Gerardo O, was my technician not once but twice and he will be coming out again for a third time, he has done an amazing job not only is he very efficient on time professional, but he also explains and shows me the part what's wrong and what I need which is very helpful when ordering this part that he will be installing It makes it easier for me to understand what's going on with my water heater. He's prompt very respectful... I'm not sure what other services their company provides but he is working on my water heater I have to be moved in within days I got sent the wrong part not on his end not his fault It was through a different company and he felt so bad for me and my husband because he knows we need hot water so his empathy his kindness is amazing..he even went into his truck to see if he had another part to hold me over until the next one came in, I look forward to working with him again Your company is amazing even the scheduling department is great they're very kind and they give you a reminder the day before Thank you so much for making this process so easy on me I had no clue what I was doing but your company and your technician made this effortlessly.
