I was told it would cost $499 to service my tankless water heater. when I asked to do the service, the tech said it will be $1000 plus because they have to install mandatory pressure relief valve. this is deceptive advertising. the ad even says they will replace relief valve for the price of $499. Bad experience. never have luck with plumbers
