Christian came on time to help replace a broken water heater. He was very professional and explained 5 different options and pricing for us. He disconnected the old water heater and drained out the hot water to get it ready for the installers.

James was knowledgable, friendly and able to explain all aspects of the service and equipment. The work was done efficiently and expertly. Completely satisfied with the experience.

Water heater leaked and CastleWorks was extremely responsive and diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater and helped coordinate restoration of the base. Dereck was professional and explained everything. He was great!

Nam Park and Castleworks are amazing. I had a water heater that was making explosive sounds with flames coming out of the bottom. It was a Friday afternoon and I couldn’t get anyone out. I called Castleworks and they had someone out in 40 minutes. They said it was under warranty and they were back out with a new water heater first thing on Saturday morning. All other plumbers said they couldn’t get me hot water until Tuesday. A+++++++ Old fashioned service with a smile!

Our hot water heater completely died on us two days before Thanksgiving. By the end of the day we had a brand new unit installed. I was totally shocked. I’m a licensed mechanical engineer and I know a lot about plumbing. Dereck was responsible, professional, and didn’t miss a beat on every single step he took. It’s really nice to see a professional come in and do a job that would’ve taken me four times as long and I would not I’ve done it as well. I’m still a little bit shocked how well this company took care of us yesterday.
