We had our water heater go out over the weekend. It was over 11 years old and needed to be replaced. This company showed up within 24 hours as they said they would and Jonnie was so helpful with educating us on the issue and gave us multiple options to replace the unit. He was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I knew nothing about water heaters and I felt like I learned quite a bit from him and he took the time to make sure we understood our options. He did an outstanding job and had the best attitude for working late on a Sunday afternoon. I would definitely recommend them again and they have gained my business for future needs! James Skresvig the tech is the most honest tech that I've come across. What seemed to he a much larger job, he was able to make the necessary repairs to the water heater and then told me that it did not require additional work as originally thought.
