We had a water heater that was leaking from the bottom, and we knew we had to replace it. The work started off fine, but because of an error that was made at the beginning of the job, they had to start all over again and took up my entire day. I had to cancel my afternoon plans. Even my neighbors came by to tell me they never saw a water heater replacement take this long. I had it drained before they came, but they ended up wasting a lot of expensive clean water when they had to redo the process.

The worker did what he can to make it right, but I would have appreciated a call from the owner/supervisor. For the price we paid which we felt was on the expensive side, I don’t know if we’d use them again.

Daniel K came on time for my busted water heater. Explained all my options, got my approved choice before started. Neat & fluent, such a fun to watch how a true pro at work! Patiently demo and went through all operation steps at finish as well. I won’t be shy to give DK a six star if allowed!

Very professional. Elston Walker went over and beyond to get a part to repair the water heater. Salvador Vidales came the next day to complete the repair. Very appreciative of the techs. Excellent quality of service!

Daniel and Lee were very professional, explained the process of repair, left the area clean and installed the missing pvc needed to have water heater up to code. Definitely recommend them.

Luis & his assistant were very helpful and reassuring about my water heater leak problem. They removed the heater and Luis re-ran the cold water line so I’d have water while waiting for the floor of the water heater closet to be rebuilt by a Restoration company. I’m comforted knowing this job is in good hands!

Great company! They were able to send someone the same day to inspect a leaking water heater. Upon further inspection, Mario determined the leak to be from the water line and not the water heater itself.

Very professional, prompt, friendly. It wasn’t an easy job for the crew but they did not let it get to them. James was awesome. The cost of labor these days is rough but I feel like I was in good hands as we talked it through.

Our old water heater failed right on New Year’s Day. CastleWorks was out the next day with two technicians — Larry (the seasoned expert) and Austin (the technician/installer/engineer). This tag team was perfect. Got a new state-of-the-art heater installed with all the bells and whistles, up to code and ready to go in three hours. Clean, conscientious and professional service. Highly recommend — especially Austin who is a polite young gentlemen and a wizard at these things. They also took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the heater and everything related to all the gas and water elements in my house. Tremendous service.
