We have used iComfort multiple times. We really enjoy working with Isia and his friendliness and helpfulness. As seniors, we really feel like they provide us with service we can trust.

Replaced 30 year old system with completely new AC/heat system with new ductwork and venting. Very thorough, high-quality work. Maintained excellent communication throughout the five-day install. Tim and Lalo and the rest of the crew were punctual, professional, and completely cleaned up all work areas at the end of each day. Completely removed all old equipment and patched all flooring and walls (they even patched some drywall holes in our bathroom left by previous contractors). Added returns to multiple rooms and the airflow and efficiency is now off the charts. They removed the old ductwork from the crawlspace instead of leaving it under the house, and added multiple plywood platforms in the attic to enable easy maintenance and attic storage if we wanted. Just an overall very impressive, thorough job throughout. Highly, highly recommend.

A truly amazing experience from beginning to end. Corey provided a detailed quote and explanation of recommendations for a new HVAC/Heating unit and upgrades that needed to be done so the system was efficient. Timothy Perez & Jose Brambila were amazing installers and made sure everything was 100% and explained everything throughout the install and no detail went unattended. Dave met with the inspector to ensure that everything was signed off so that the paperwork could be submitted to DWP for the $3,000 credit. Corey came back out for the final readings and prepared and sent the application to DWP for the $3,000 credit. The support staff at the office were great and easy to work with getting everything scheduled. Highly recommend this company as they do truly care about customer service and customer satisfaction.

Henry is the best. Very knowledgeable and polite. I had a nest thermostat installed and something was not working quite right so he came back and fixed it for me right away. I am staying with this company after several disappointments with others, especially the one that installed my unit.

George was great. My AC wasn't working and he looked over my AC system and discovered that the issue was a simple frayed wire. Once he fixed that, my AC was working again. He could've EASILY lied to me and tell me something more serious was the issue but he told the truth. His high rating exists for a REASON. This guy is the real deal. In this line of business, the most important thing is HONESTY and trying to do the job right. George and his staff is that.

On time, actually earlier than expected. Very professional, explained everything he was going to do and provided advice on how to take care of the ac unit.

Joseph the technician was knowledgeable, polite, and was able to answer all questions my mother-in-law had. He was very patient and did a fantastic job.

George and his team were excellent from start to finish. They installed 3 heat pumps and a mini split in two properties. They went over and above with no nickel and diming once quote was agreed. Would highly recommend. George saved me a lot through being an expert on available rebates.

iComfort and Isaiah were AMAZING. I had been calling several other companies to take advantage of the LADWP A/C Optimization program which gets you a free nest thermostat, filter, and coolant if you need it. Everyone else I called was like "Call me back in a week." or just went to VM and I never got a call back. With iComfort they had a super professional receptionist who found an exact appointment that worked for me (No 6 hour arrival windows here!). Isaiah showed up exactly on time, was extremely polite and professional. Knocked out the install and checkup in less than an hour and now I have an awesome new Nest. Cannot recommend these guys enough, especially if you're considering the LADWP A/C Optimization Program. Thanks again Isaiah!
