George was a godsend! Showed up right on time, complete examination of my system, accurate diagnosis and fixed within 1.5 hours. The price was extremely reasonable and service outstanding!!

The technician was late, I didn’t get a phone call or notification to let me know he was going to miss his appointment. I called and they said he was still with a previous client. Once he arrived he was very nice and helpful. He took great care of us and was informative. However, this was the end of the visit. He said someone would contact us to give us an estimate on the job (which he said was going to be extensive and expensive). I received an email that had no new information and no quote. They said they would get right on it. It has now been 3 weeks and haven’t heard from them. I don’t recommend this service. They wasted my time and money. I ended up paying more money to have someone else evaluate the situation and fix it.

Edit: Jorge contacted me a week after this review and kindly offered to refund me the money I paid. Since I thought this was fair I wanted to update the review and say that I-comfort air is not perfect but they went Above and beyond to make things right. They have proven to be a respectable company. I’m sure other people have had great experiences with them and as such my experience must have been a fluke. I appreciated the hand written note from Jorge and will recommend his company to others because they care enough to make sure all customers are satisfied.

We have been customers of iComfort for many years now. After a terrible experience with another HVAC company, George, the owner, saved the day. He is the best there is- knowledgeable, honest and kind. He goes above and beyond for his customers and truly cares about them. His team is excellent. I would unhesitatingly recommend George to anyone.

I received outstanding service from iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC unit was not installed correctly to begin with. These guys came in and spent three days diagnosing and repairing the issue. I received friendly expert service and quality parts. In addition, they came to the rescue once again on Labor Day when another issue had arisen and fixed it free of charge. They may not be the cheapest company to do the work but you can rely on their experienced team doing it right. I thank George, Giovanny, Freddy and Felipe for a job well done.

I am very impressed and satisfied with todays service. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure that I was assisted and happy with the service despite being a new customer. I was able to call and schedule an appointment that same day with the assistance of the receptionist who assisted me over the phone. As a new customer, I was at ease knowing that the technician sent out to help me was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable about what he was working on. From the moment I called and spoke to Jose to schedule my appointment to the day the technician arrived I was kept update with appointment confirmation and estimated time of arrival.
