Had a leak in my system. IComfort came up with multiple options I could go with. They installed the system in a timely manner and went over everything with me and my family. All I can say is my AC has never been this cold before. Thanks!!!!

3 years ago I had my DWP AC optimization done by them. They did a good job. I wrote a 5 stars review for them. But this year, they sent a young and inexperience guy who can't even perform his job right: He didn't have the right tool, can't finish his job. Later he told me that my air condition is "leaking refrigerant", needs repair. But my AC was running perfectly the day before he showed up! Days later, an older guy gave me an estimate of $11,580~$16,500 for new system which is twice the price from other bids of the same model!

Isai was great! He did the work better than a few technicians we had in the past. He had showed us pictures of the unit and explained what was wrong and was able to fix the problem. It's nice & cool in here now. Thank you IComfort!

We contacted iComfort because they were one of the local companies working with the LADWP to provide a no-cost air conditioning tune-up and a free/low cost Nest thermostat for customers. Communication setting up the appointment was excellent. Luis arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our air conditioner's coils and checking the operation of our HVAC system. He then installed the new thermostat and made sure we knew how to use it. We are 100% happy with the entire service and highly recommend Luis and iComfort.

I have nothing but praise for our tech Isai - very knowledge and courteous when working in and around the house for our AC tune up and maintenance. The installation of our smart thermostat was quick, explained all the features thoroughly, and any questions that we had. iComfort as a whole was great and super easy to work with - everything was explained beforehand and communicated with us through the whole process.

If you want to do business with a company that is defined by ethics, integrity, quality and expertise, call iComfort. Jorge, the owner, takes huge pride in his company across the board. He conducts business with the highest standards, and ensures you're fully satisfied with his work. He is fair to a fault, and honest, and gladly goes the extra mile to diagnose the problem. A $6700 estimate from another company became a $20 electrical part to fix my air conditioning. Jorge came out to give me a 2nd estimate - he turns on the a/c - and it works! Still, he looked at the system top to bottom, for a good 2 hours, to ensure there was no issues.
So I relayed this to the original company that gave me the 6700 estimate; this guy stood by his evaluation that a new condenser was needed. A few days later, the a/c once again failed. Jorge returned, and after some awesome detective work, was able to diagnose the problem as a faulty electrical breaker that was overheating. A $20 part.
I've not seen such diligence, coupled with expertise. He's super knowledgeable about his trade. He cares about you and a job well done, and stakes his company's reputation on that. Happy to write this recommendation and hope iComfort gets more business than they can handle!
