I went through iComfort for my LADWP A/C optimization appointment and it was a very easy process. They have text and email reminders, and they tell you in advance who to expect to arrive to your home. Aiden was the technician that came out and he was very professional. There ended up being a problem with both my wiring and the smart thermostat and Aiden was great about consulting with his supervisor to make sure everything was done properly. Overall, a very good experience!

I recommend iComfort joyfully. In this new world of cheats and rip offs this company is the ONLY ONE that I feel went out of their way to do high quality work with a truly hometown, neighbourly feel. The NICEST, knowledgeable technicians and George, the owner, are great people. I’m SO GLAD I found this outstanding company.

From initial consultation, equipment selection, and setup through to the end of the install this is a top notch AC company - stem to stern. We changed out our total system and duck- work. Giovanni from iComfort came to service my HVAC as a part of my maintenance agreement and he did so very professionally. Called me about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way and was texted a link with live GPS tracking of his location. When he arrived, he introduced himself and put on shoe covers.

After initial inspection, he showed me the issues with photos and videos and gave me clear options to fixing with a range of price options. I picked one and we scheduled him to return the next day for the fixes.

The next day was just as smooth. He arrived and laid down covers to avoid scuffing floors and got to work. After a few hours, he was done and showed me videos and photos of all the new work. Very easy to understand and I have confidence that all of the work I ordered was done and done correctly.

We have been using iComfort years for our twice a year maintenance on our two units. These guys always do an incredible job taking the time to make sure that the units are running to spec to wearing shoe coverings when inside the house. George from iComfort communicated in advance and arrived when he said he would. He was professional and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He happily answered all of my questions. He explored all of the issues I had observed, explained the causes, and then presented me with several different options for fixes. It was a super thorough and pleasant service call. The most important outcome was, as a first time customer, was that George established iComfort as a company I can trust. I will use them again for sure.

We could not be happier with iComfort. They installed mini splits for us and provided maintenance on our HVAC units. Everyone has been great to work with - Jose in the office who is friendly, helpful and responsive and Giovanni and Aiden who did the maintenance work at our buildings - both were friendly and provided us with information that will help the life of the systems. I have used iComfort Heating and Air for routine maintenance and occasional repairs since shortly after I purchased my Tarzana townhome 6 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with their service. This is a VERY well-run business. Their technicians are ALWAYS on time, extremely well-trained, uniformly knowledgeable, and courteous. When there's a problem, they discuss it in layman's language (no jargon), and describe the possible solutions and estimated costs for each (never an "I'll have to ask my boss, someone will get back to you.") I have recommended them a number of times, and each time the customer thanked me profusely for the referral. You could probably find someone cheaper, but for the value they. bring, in 43 years of home ownership, I have never had a better, more consistent experience with a vendor of any kind.

icomfort has been servicing my HCAC for 2-3 years now and they are wonderful. Their staff is all around polite, knowledgeable and kind. I’ve had repairs in the past and they are fair with their costs and work in a timely manner. I plan on contacting to use them for many years to come.
