This company is extremely professional. From their communication/response time to their onsite customer service. They took the time to explain in detail all the work that was being done. Their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Came out quickly. We thought we had a condensation leak on our ceiling around the main air duct. Jorge determined it was a plumbing issue! Thanks for the help.

George Colon came to our house during the New Year's holiday. He was friendly and professional. Also, spoke Spanish to my mother which was very useful. He repaired the heating system in a very short time and also suggested option for the future. Great service. Thanks.

Repaired faulty wiring and replaced the thermostat. What surprised and delighted me was they were able to send a service tech to my house within 3 hours of my call.

They did a great job of troubling shooting a very old AC / Heater combination and took the time to explain every step so I could fully understand what went wrong. I really appreciated the explanation and the superior, friendly and professional customer service. It was a real treat to see the extra steps Iasi took with my repair.

I was amazed at how responsive and buttoned up the iComfort team was when I reached out to them in a panic yesterday during one of the COLDEST days in LA. I emailed and texted, just in case one was the preferred method of communication and within minutes, I had someone reply and letting me know they would try to squeeze us in. We managed to get scheduled for the afternoon and I was given a window between 2-4pm and our technician arrived at 3:05pm. He was efficient, got straight into solving the problem and communicated all my options to me very clearly. We also received a video of the issue which I could share with my spouse, who was not home. Our technician was able to find a supplier for the part, and even though it was very tight timing with rush hour traffic, he was able to get another technician to drop by with the part in time to get our heat up and running. We were warm and cozy by the time the sun went down! Thanks so much to the iComfort team! Fantastic service!

The technician arrived on time and performed all services in a quick and professional manner. He explained what he was going to do before he started and also gave off summary after he completed the service. The technician was very pleasant to deal with.

We are long time customers and are in a maintenance agreement. This time we had the winter heating system maintained. Our system is older but runs efficiently because iComfort has been taking care of unit. We had an issue 3 years ago in the summer. They gave us options and followed Covid
protocols. They are easy to get ahold of and keep us updated on their arrival time. Can’t praise this family owned business enough.
