George came out to work on my mom's A/C unit she he was a good person and very polite and respectful. That her house is so cold now. Thank you George.

Friendly, competent, fairly priced and honest service. What more could you want in an HVAC service tech and company? Comfort got a tech out here within hours of my call, who quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, with good cheer and informative tips to optimize my AC performance.

If I need service again (and I'm obviously hoping I don't), there's no doubt I'll be calling iComfort.

Geo was awesome. Showed up on time on the job. Whipped out his shoe covers and went right at it. Replaced our Pureair Filter and Ultra Violet Bulb in minutes and then went to the roof. Left us a really detailed work order with a clean smooth running HVAC! They're the best.

Had a problem with a faulty thermostat that was less than a year old. The front office scheduled me promptly for the following morning. Isaiah showed up on time, with mask gloves and booties. Super courteous. He tried a couple things to fix it, but ultimately replaced unit with a newer version free of charge. Great service!

Update 8/19/2020: I'm super grateful for the maintenance that was conducted on my AC earlier this year, especially during this current heatwave in SoCal. Isai conducted the maintenance again and was super professional and informative! Thanks again, Isai and iComfort!

I called and set up an appointment for an inspection and nest thermostat installation with iComfort through the LADWP Optimization program. It was a super easy process where iComfort got my contact information and scheduled an appointment on the day of my choosing. Isai was assigned to the job and he was an absolute delight to work with! He was detailed with explanations of everything he was doing throughout the inspection and installation of my nest thermostat. He never once tried to upsell me on anything and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. Also I don’t wear shoes inside my home and he noted it without me having to say anything. He put on his shoe scrubs every single time he entered my home. Big bonus points for being so considerate! I’ve already referred him to my friends and they also enjoyed working with him too.

I used this company for my DWP AC tune-up. My technician was not only time, he was early! He did a great job installing my new Nest thermostat and walked me through it's features. Overall good experience. Hopefully I won't need any repairs soon, but if I do I would call them again.

I needed a vent in one room relocated. George was incredibly helpful in planning. Isaia and Tim arrived to perform the work; they were polite, organized, and meticulous. After the work was completed, the area was left spotless and my furniture replaced exactly as it had been. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would definitely use iComfort again.

Jorge and his company are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and hard working. He helped us with our old system, keeping it operating for several years, which definitely exceeded the serviceable lifetime of our system. He came out on more than one occasion, in the middle of the summer when the system failed, to make repairs, usually with 60-90 minutes (and always on the hottest days). I held out for as long as I could before deciding to spend the money to replace the old a/c and furnace. Finally, we started researching and getting quotes from about 5-7 companies for a full replacement. Jorge came in at the most reasonable price and set us up with a great system. Would highly recommend him.

We are remodeling our kitchen which involves raising the ceiling and we needed three new vent box’s that had to be a certain height to be able to install between the upstairs joists and I just could not buy them at Home Depot or Lowe’s. I contacted Jorge Colon (Thanksgiving day no less)at icomfort and he said he could have the fabricated for me and dropped off at our house. Jorge delivered the boxes Saturday morning and my contractor installed them. I supper appreciated Jorge’s professionalism and quick delivery of the boxes. My contractor drywalled the kitchen on Monday. Thanks Jorge

My AC went out and I called iComfort and spoke with Jose who was amazing with scheduling my appointment(temp 90°) inwas suffering withno AC.

They provided me with a 2 hour windows and the tech arrived within that timeframe and went straight to business. Josh(tech) had great customer service, he was very efficient with his trouble shooting and had my AC up and running within an 1.5 hours.
