I love that I called for maintenance on my Rinai heater a year later and got a scheduled within 3 days. I got a follow up call the day before Matt came out. On time , friendly and punctual. In and out in a jiffy. Highly recommend John and his team!

I received a call from an overnight request at 7:30 A M and was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon, and my tenant was pleased with the installation of the disposal. The team member was very efficient and polite on the phone, and i would use John Owen Services again.

I have used John Owens for two distinctly different issues in my home. One for a radiant floor leak and the other for a major drainage issue with my home. Both times, Tim came to my house and did exemplary work. Tim was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and very transparent. No unnecessary upsells or egregious service charges. He is so very knowledgeable about Eichlers (and homes in general) that I learned a great deal from him as he repaired the problems. Tim ensured that John Owens will be my first call for any issues I have in the future. I recommend them fully.

I had to write a review about these guys. They came to change my water heater and did a great job. Much less expensive that others based on talking to my neighbors. I was even able to talk to the owner to get an idea of what's involved. I would highly recommend them. The plumber who actually worked on the job, Troy, was an incredibly nice guy and explained eveything to me. They were puctual and able to get started quickly on the job.

Tim from John Owens Services did a great job. While here on a routine cleaning and inspection, he found and fixed faulty wiring that was missed when another company came to service the waterless water tank two years ago. He was polite and efficient. I particularly like that an ETA and Tim's photo were texted to me so I'd know whom to expect and when.

We recently replaced our old water heater with a tankless water heater installed by John Owens Services. The whole operation went very smoothly, from the original contact with Alex who answered all my questions and planned the installation to the the techs who did the actual installation. From my initial contact with Beth, Nicole, and Dulce in the office who went out of their way to schedule a convienent appoint for servicing my radiant heat/hot water boiler system to technician Temo's arrival at
my home, this service was professional, polite, and prompt. Prior to Temo's arrival, I was texted his photo along with some information on his qualifications so I'd know who and what to expect. There were also updates on his expected arrival time. He was able to service my system as well as efficiently diagnose a couple of problems with faulty parts that, with a comprehensive on-truck parts inventory, he was able to readily able to replace thereby avoiding a return visit. This was my first experience with John Owens Services after using another service for the past 6 years. In addition to the all around attention to detail, their parts and service are also competitively priced. I live outside their typical range of service so am only hoping I can coax them back out next time I call!
