We had an heater break down at our rental property. John Owens service agents were wonderful. They booked us the same day and repaired the same day. We had explained to them that tenants have a toddler an important to have heater available.

We are very happy with the timeliness of the service. Hopefully we will also find the quality of service has been great as time goes on. Thank you very much.

Cody came out to see why our AC was not working. I really appreciated the text message I received when he was on his way as well as an estimated time of arrival. His assessment was quick and he explained everything to me and even offered suggestions to some other things I had questions about.

As a Realtor, having trusted vendors is very important. The technician Chris came out promptly when called about a heating system in one of my listings that wasn’t working. He immediately determined that the blower was shot, as well as the condensation pump. They ordered and parts came in sooner than expected, so Chris came back to install quick and efficiently. Great communicators! David from John Owens came out to repair my 20 year old furnace. I really appreciated not getting an “up sell”. He asked a few questions, had the parts available (prepared!) and completed the repair. Additionally, he made some suggestions for the future. I’d call them again! Really good service!!

Forced-air heat wasn't reaching part of our house... Chris traced the duct-work under the house and identified where some heat-seeking rodents had collapsed a flexible duct. The next day he returned with two hard duct "elbows" and replaced the collapsed soft duct work. Heat everywhere. Friendly, knowledgable, nice guy. Reasonable price. No hard upsell. Highly recommended. P

John Owens services installed a heat pump water heater for us and did a fabulous job. And then we decided that it would be good to vent the out take (very cold). Cody was the technician that performed that job and was very considerate and professional. He did an awesome job! Thanks again,Cody
