I have a Munchkin Boiler that is 12 years old. It stopped working properly and needed repair. I have used another service company before but would have given them no stars. That other company took forever, had to keep running out for parts, and charged way more than I expected. This time I called John Owens Services. John responded rapidly; arrived when he said he would; gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable and a lot less than what the other company charged. He had a truck full of parts and never had to leave until the job was done. He left everything cleaned up and working 100% and his bill was exactly what he estimated. Plus he was a nice person. I know I can trust them with my repair and service needs. I won't use anyone else. I recommend John Owens Services highly. If I could give their business 10 stars I would.

We just had all of our ducts and sections of our sewer lines replaced along with two new gas furnaces. It was not easy accessing underneath our house.
John’s crew was wonderful. They accomplished everything within the allotted timeline. They were all professional, helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing. We are extremely pleased with John’s and Alex communication with us and would recommend them without reservation.

John and his team are great. They are responsive and they know how to fix problems fast, they are always on time and looking professional. If a friend had a HVAC or plumbing problem, I would send them to John Owens Services.
