Our house heater broke (just bought house in March) and Bill Kutz came to the rescue. What an honest, humble, honest and professional man he is. Our house warranty company tried to figure out if house heater would be covered by the 1yr house warranty and were not very polite to Bill Kutz but the 3 hours Bill spent on the phone with our house warranty company he made sure we we were taken care of. House Warranty covered fixing house heater. Technician who came to fix heater was so good to us. He did an outstanding job. We are warm again.
